    I have never had a professional care more about making sure the customer was satisfied and everything was done right. Long story short is that we had a complicated problem that seemed to defy explanation. But Tim would not give up. He went through every possible step, spent hours at our place, spent hours on the phone with the vendor, and finally figured things out and fixed our problem, likely incurring lots of unreimbursed expenses on his end because he did not want to let us down. I cant leave you and your families without hot water at Christmas. Incredible dedication. Thank you!

    I received the BEST SERVICE provided by the owner of Plumbing Detectives, Tim. I called Tim after finding his company name recommended by several people who had used his services on a local social media page. On Monday, 10/14/24, my electricity was finally restored after being without for five days after Hurricane Milton. When the power came back on, my hot water heater essentially burst causing water to run like a slow faucet from a spout. I had water everywhere. I called Tim and he said he would get to me as soon as he could but no longer than a 1.5 hours. He showed up on time and explained my options and cost. He was so kind and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim and his company, Plumbing Detectives! He exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Tim!

    Before I get into my lengthy review, Tim and his guys did a fantastic job in a timely manner, and went completely above and beyond. Excellent company and owner. If you’re reading this, go with Tim. Honest, effective, hardworking guys.We had a bad backup problem in our home, and after we had one plumber come out we thought it was isolated to just our house. They gave us an insanely overpriced quote for what they deemed the problem and left. We then got two more quotes from other plumbers who took the first plumbers diagnosis and quoted us from there.We came across Tim and his company via a referral and I gave him a call. It was raining and I explained what was going on and what I was told what the problem was, to which Tim said ok, I’d like to evaluate on my own. After working in the rain he came across an even bigger problem that we came to find out was affecting our entire block. He gave me a quote on the spot that was incredibly fair and honest and started work immediately to prevent another back up.He called the city out and even they were floored that no one had discovered that this massive trees roots had basically busted through our homes pipes and the city’s line. Tim and team fixed the big issue in half a day (while it was raining mind you). Then came back the following day and replaced my newly found cast iron pipes that were in our yard.The work was immaculate, effective, and thorough. Tim runs a tight and honest ship, and I would recommend him 100% to anybody. It’s hard to find people you can trust your home or business with. He really saved our home from the troubles we had for a week prior to him coming out.Photos are to show what all occurred. Grateful to have everything taken care of now for our family.

    Great people and great service! Quick and efficient. It started with a stressful plumbing leak, but Tim took his time to find and explain the problem. He was very professional and personable throughout the process. One of the better contractors I’ve encountered in my life. If you have any type of plumbing issue I would highly suggest using him.

    No wonder why this guy has all five star reviews! He was referred to me by my cousin because we had a leak in our water pipe. We were so stressed as the water was spreading through the floor tiles throughout the house. This guy literally came on his off day and worked tirelessly for hours and hours to make sure the situation was contained. He fixed the burst pipe and even went out his way to fix our clogged kitchen sink WITHOUT charging us extra. We felt so comfortable around him. He was genuine, honest and you can tell he works with integrity. My mother always has a billion questions and while she drives most people crazy, he patiently and calmly answered and was so kind about it.Also his pricing is straightforward and WAY lower than the other companies I had contacted. We have more plumbing we need to do down the line and you better believe he is the only person we will trust to move forward with.Very very happy with his service and work.

    I had an extreme plumbing leak at 11:30pm. I called Plumbing Detectives and Tim answered on the first ring! He was here in less than 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional and had our leak repaired very quickly with no mess. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!Additionally, he was very reasonably priced!

    Tim installed a water softening system at my house on the water where the water is even harder than the rest of the area. He did it in less than a day at an affordable price. Not only is he a nice human being, he really knows what he is doing. He also helped me with an unrelated issue in my main shower and not only did he not charge me for it, he asked if you could clean up the mess! I said of course not and I wiped it up, I just so appreciated the help. The water softening system is like having daily moisturizing of my skin which I love. He also came a couple weeks later to check on the system to make sure everything was working as expected. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Tim!

    Tim Gee provides outstanding service. Our hot water heater rusted out and leaked all through the garage on the evening before we were leaving town for vacation. Tim was at the house in 20 minutes. He drained and removed the water heater, sealed the line, then installed a new water heater the next day. I highly recommend him!

    We had a pipe burst in our wall and they came the same day. Both workers were very professional, knowledgeable and clean. I thought their pricing was very fair.     The most honest and affordable plumber that I have ever hired. Not only did he fix the problem extremely quickly, he didn’t leave a mess behind him either! He went over all costs upfront with me without any hidden fees or charges. I had another plumber come out earlier in the day that wouldn’t look at anything without me signing a waiver stating I’d pay him, and that didn’t guarantee he’d find the source or could fix it. He wouldn’t even check my water meter. Never again. I would absolutely hire them next time I’m in need!

    Tim is the man!. I had two big name plumbers out to find my leak. One had no answer without spending another $700 and the other one had an incorrect diagnosis.     I called Leak & Drain Detectives due to a hot spot on our tile kitchen floor. Id called a few other slab leak detection companies, and those quoted me prices to locate the leak, but said Id have to call another company to get it repaired. Leak & Drain did it all! Tim & crew set up an appt the same day & arrived on time. They were all friendly & professional, & did great work. Tim quickly located the leak & had it narrowed down to 2 floor tiles within minutes. He quoted a reasonable price to jackhammer the tile & foundation, repair the leaking pipe, & repair the foundation. I thought this was going to be a multiple day repair, but they were in & out in about 4 hours, & didnt leave a mess.I did have to call Tim a few days after the repair because the new hot water line was pretty sluggish. He was ready to take care of it ASAP & offered to come out on Mothers Day! It wasnt an emergency in my book, so we agreed on the Monday after. He showed up on time, flushed the line, & all was well. I appreciate that he owned the problem right away & handled it without any issues.If you need any kind of plumbing work, this is a great company to call!
