    Great service! Dylan has been out to my house twice, both times he showed up same day that we called and he had the water heater replaced within 24 hours of the initial call. He’s honest, knowledgeable and super kind - he even brought my garage cans up from the curb for me! That may seem small to some, but it speaks volumes to me about his character!

    Chad & his team did a great job changing out the Shut-Off valve to the mobile home park. The process took 2.5 days to finish. No leaks on any of the new valves they put in. Very impressed how quickly they got it done.Thankyou!

    Peter piper picked a peck of plumbers! At least thats what it feels like when you need a plumber and you search online hoping to find the right company that does quality, honest work at a fair price.I needed a new toilet installed and a leaking brass pipe removed in my garage. After searching and searching online, and reading endless reviews of so many plumbing companies, I chose to call John Smith Plumbing. Turns out I made a really good choice!The young lady that answered the phone at John Smith Plumbing was kind and professional. I told her what I needed and she soon after gave me an appointment time for the next day as I requested. She said a technician would be at my house between 12noon-2pm. That day I got a text message from Ron saying he would be heading to my house earlier than planned, which was great! In the text message was a link to actually track Ron on a map and see his location and how far from the house he was. That was very cool!Upon arrival, Ron was very friendly, professional and got right into getting the pipe fixed and removing my old toilet and installing the new one. He explained everything he was doing along the way and it didnt take long to figure out after watching him work, he is a Master at his craft. I could not have been more pleased wit the whole experience! The service, the price, and the quality of work was 100% perfect!!I highly recommend John Smith Plumbing as your 1st choice for any plumbing needs!     Update could not respond with a review off of cell, but have used them a few times now with very good results, from pipe leaks to a full replacement of pipes on my mobile home up to my most recent having both toilets removed and replaced with updated toilets, very pleased with the results of craftsmanship and quality. my favorite go to guy is Mitch hes done all my work from the start, very pleased with him. thanks again

    This is the second time I have used John Smith Plumbing and I am very happy once again. Dylyn was early for my appointment, quickly identified the issues and was able to give me a quote right away which was very reasonable. His work was done quickly and correctly. He was able to remove my garbage disposal, redo the plumbing for my kitchen sink, and repair a leaky refrigerator water line. I will continue to use John Smith for my plumbing needs and recommend to family and friends!

    My hot water heater was not working. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told they had just had a cancellation and was right away OK? Dylan was here in 15 minutes and replaced the heating elements in the water heater in less than two hours. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and even liked my cats. A really good experience when things seemed to be falling apart.

    We’re relatively new to Tarpon Springs and have not had a need for a plumber. Unfortunately, our kitchen sink backed up... and after almost two days of trying to unblock it ourselves, we decided to check our local Tarpons Springs Community Facebook page for possible recommendations. Four companies were consistently recommended - John Smith Plumbing being one of them. We went down the list and called each one. Each one was booked out. When I called John Smith, we were thrilled to hear they had a cancellation! Dylan arrived well within the noon and 2:00pm time frame with a big smile on his face ready to get to work. Not only was he super personable, but he performed his job well, cleared the block and cleaned up after himself (we actually had to tell him we’d finish up - he was THAT determined to not leave a mess behind)! :-) It’s good to know we now have a plumbing company (with reasonable rates) we can rely on should we ever need services in the future.

    I had a leak and then I had to have my water heater replaced. They did it the same day. Anthony Arlequin was the service technician . He knew right away what the problem was and had it installed and everything cleaned up promptly. He explained everything to me so I could understand. His supervisor came to help and he was also very professional. Wendy in the office was also very helpful in keeping me informed as to when the technician would be out. Would highly recommend this company.

    Ive used John Smith Plumbing a few times over the past several years and each time its been an awesome experience. I find them to be highly responsive, professional, and fairly priced. Most recently I called the office on a Friday to have someone look at a bathroom leak. They sent Dylyn on the same day - a Friday afternoon. He was on time, professional, pleasant, and was able to fix our problem. This is a company that clearly values their customers. I recommend John Smith Plumbing 100%.

    I needed a faucet installed for my Reverse Osmosis water system. Scott came out, gave me a price, let me know we had ordered the incorrect faucet! He told me exactly what I needed to order, once it came in he returned, removed the old faucet and installed the new faucet. I was very happy with every aspect of their service. Scott was timely, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, neat and clean. He left everything as he found it. I told him I would put the items back under the sink, when I returned with his check they were all put away. Absolutely recommend these folks for your plumbing needs.

    I had the best experience with this company. Needed a new hot water tank installed a young fellow named Dylan Maillet came out on Wednesday, gave me a free estimate and scheduled to replace on Tuesday, Well just so happens on Friday the tank started to leak real bad so I called and asked if they could come out any earlier and they came out 4 hours later. Dylyn replaced the tank did an excellent job, very friendly and knowledgable. Price was great, service was better than expected and I now have a dependable plumbing company in my contact list.     I have been using John Smith Plumbing for 20 years in this house and before in other homes. This time I have 7 shut off valves replaced under sinks and feel very secure if I ever had to turn one off I could get it turned where as before I could not, old and stuck in place.Dylyn Maillet did the work, he checked all the valves in the house and replaced what was needed.I also had the company back a few days later to install a new faucet on the utility sink that was forgotten..this new one actually has handles I can quarter turn unlike the old one it replaced, my hands just could not move them easily it was the original.in previous work they installed a new higher toilet and replaced a faucet on the outside of the house..all working fine with no issues. The company will be called again as needed. Thank You.

    First and foremost Dylyn is awesome!!!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and informational. He was patient enough to wait a couple extra minutes when he first arrived as I was briefly delayed with something I had to take care of away from home and didnt have my phone on me to respond that I was right down the road. He quickly assessed the issue which was a worn away copper pipe under my mobile home that resulted in a small leak and gave me a price on the cost to fix the leak. He then told me that he had to go the store to get the replacement piping and that it wouldnt take long, true to his word. It didn’t take long for Dylyn to return or to fix the pipe resolving the issue. He then explained what he fixed and why that happens over time and made recommendations on the future as far as the water system on this property. Overall great experience!     We were trying to sell 2 of our rental houses... and upon inspection, we found we had bathtubs that needed to be replaced at each property.We had the pleasure of meeting Sam at JohnSmith Plumbing to assist us with the first house (on a very tight timeline to close on this house). Sam was on top of it, he did an amazing... he truly blew us away.So, for the 2nd house where inspection found we needed another bathtub replaced as well (again, a very tight closing schedule)....     Today, June 9 2022, Dylan from John Smith plumbing came to my home to fix one of my toilets. My cleaning lady accidentally dropped a pumice stone down the toilet and the toilet wouldnt flush properly. Dylan expertly fixed the toilet explaining everything he was doing. He worked very hard to make sure the toilet was fixed properly. And the fee from this company was extremely fair. Thank you Dylan.

    Had a great experience with Clayton and mike. They came out to fixed my sump pump found out what was wrong and took care of it. When we realized later on there was another issue still causing the problem they stood behind their work, came out very promptly and fixed it without issue. Great group of guys and very affordable.

    Was in a bad situation and just had surgery. I needed a new hot water heater. After calling around and listening to things I didnt want to hear I contacted JohnSmith. It ended up being the right call. To make a long story short Samuel Morris was at my house within 2 hours, replaced the unit, cleaned up very good and was an all around great guy.     I called two other top rated plumbing companies and J Smith beat one by $700 n other $800 for a 75 gal gas water heater installed. Made an appt and they arrived 15 mins early but called to say they where coming. Two friendly plumbers came in clean trucks and kept a clean work area. Cant ask more then that. Had no plumbing issues during hookup so price was same as quoted. Difinately would call them again.

    Ron and Anthony came to my home to replace all my gray lighting under my mobile home with white PVC piping. They were on time they were professional they were friendly. I cannot begin to recommend them more. This is a great company which is very very fair prices compared to competitors that I got quotes on. I would call them back or any plumbing issues I would have in the future. One is coming back to my house again a week from this Friday to do more plumbing work in my bathroom and I am sure he will too very professional job. Great company keep them in mind. I got quotes from other plumbing companies to do the same job and they were way over what this company charged me and this company did a great job.

They did a great job, were friendly, professional, and even after installing a vanity in the main bath in the location we requested, we changed our mind and they happily made the alteration with smiles on their faces! We had a toilet and sink/vanity installed in the full bath in a house built in 1949, with original fixtures, so you can imagine that it was no easy job!And let me add that Ron is the hardest worker I have ever seen! He didn’t stop until the jobs were done and done right.We HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing to update a bath or kitchen or any other plumbing services.     $714 to replace a shower valve / fixture and surrounding supply lines. (They first tried replacing the valve cartridge, but that turned out not to be the entire problem, so we went with a replacement). Ron and Dylan were both professional and friendly and they did not waste any time. Same day fix (on Thursday) for something another company couldnt do until Monday. Im very pleased and impressed it was done the same day. Im have to say it seemed a little pricey, but I cant complain because they got it done the same day and it seems to be done correctly. I definitely recommend these guys.

    I found this company using home adviser. They replaced my 40G hot water heater with no surprises and good service. The job was done as quoted, took about 2 hour from start to finish. The pricing was competitive, the only cheaper options were a Lowes or home Depot which probably wouldnt have been of the same quality. On AVG, the price was about 20% lower than several other top rated local plumbers that had also quoted the job. The tech was a cool dude too. I dont give out 5 stars for nothing! Good work.

    When the plumbing decided to act up today, fate put a John Smith Plumbing van in front of our next door neighbors house. And Sam did NOT disappoint.Not only did he give a quick evaluation (during his lunch break) but he finished work at our neighbors and came straight over and fixed our issue.It was more involved than he had expected, but he handles the curve balls that were thrown his way and got our house back in order.I cannot say enough great things about the service.
