    AC broke on Sunday evening and my home warranty company couldnt get anyone out until Thursday. Called R.E. Long services and they had a tech out the very next morning. Drew identified the problem right away and within an hour I had ice cold AC working right away! Fast, affordable and great customer service! Highly recommend!

    Super service! I called, they squeezed me in and I had Drew at my house within a few hours. Lightning fast, very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue, also took the time to explain future issues that can arise and how to take care of them before it happens. In Florida AC is a huge business, its nice to have a business treat you well when they have so many people out there needing their services.     Huge thank you to the team at RE Long!! I called in and spoke with richard about needing a new AC unit after that’s what another company recommended and I wanted to compare pricing. He was very informative and set up an appointment for the very next day to have someone come take a look. Eric came out to look at my existing system and was able to make a warranty claim and fix the system without me having to completely replace it. I truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me as a single mom rather than try to get me to buy things I didn’t need! Can’t recommend them enough

    I called R.E. Long Services today after returning home from work to find my home at 90 degrees. They were booked and said they would try to get to me. So I called another company and they said they would send someone right out which two hours later and no one had shown up. In the meantime R.E. Long services called back and said they could get there within the next half an hour so I told them to come. Moments later the other company arrived he went through the system and told me basically my system is bad and I needed to replace the system. I didn’t feel comfortable whit this diagnosis so I told him that I would think about it and call them back. Eric had actually shown up wile the other company was here and waited patiently for the other company to leave. He then went through the system and found that it was only a clogged drain line and the safety switch had shut the system down. So he cleaned out the drain line and within minutes had my system up and running. I will be using R.E. Long services from now on and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an honest AC company.

    Eric was the ultimate professional and just an overall kind person! I called about my detectors chirping. He disconnected all 10 detectors and came back to install new ones 2 days later. He made sure everything was good on both visits as i was concerned about my dog hearing the chirping. He’s great!

    We were having issues with our A/C and called out 2 companies before calling R.E Long. Both companies said I needed a new A/c and tried to be pushy about making us buy. After doing some research we contacted R.E Long and Eric came out. He took his time diagnosing the issue and was very informative. He told us it wasnt needed for us to replace just yet but would recommend over the next 2 years. He was honest when the other 2 companies were not and when we do get a new A/c R.E Long will definitely be getting our buiness.

    I had R.E. Long come address the items that were found for my 4 pt inspection on my new home. Both the HVAC guy and the electrician were very were friendly, throrough and clean. They explained their work to me so i understood the issue and knew my options. They worked with me to ensure things were done the way I wanted. I will call RE Long with any future work I have!

    Prompt and knowledgeable. Was here for an estimate on a mini-split system. My home A/C died the night before and I had a call in with our service provider. Eric checked the system for no charge and made the repair for only part and minimum labor and no service charge. All COOL now for 1/2 the cost. Thank you

    Eric quickly disconnected the electrical to the dock before the seawall people arrived to install a new seawall. Jeremy spent 6 hours in the sun installing electrical boxes, running wire, and making sure everything worked once the seawall was in.

    I’ve had a lot of issues with my upstairs drain line clogging over the years. I came home to a wet floor the other day and realized the problem has gotten worse than it has been in the past. Eric came out and diagnosed the problem and to my surprise, it wasn’t as bad as I expected. He cleaned the drain line, changed out some fittings and replaced the over flow sensor to prevent it from over flowing if it ever clogged again. I also signed up for a maintenance plan so they come out and keep my units clean and inspected every year. So far so good!
