Chip and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Their instructions on using the equipment was very well presented (I am not a tech person at all). They arrived when they said they would and worked very efficiently and effectively. I will contact them again should my audio needs change. I had a basic visualization of what I wanted my home to have, and between Chip and Wes, they brought my request to reality using the most top notch quality equipment within my budget. They never pressured me to buy overly priced equipment that I didn’t need. They were realistic on the timelines on how long the install would take, and ensured they cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. All those loose cables and wires are out of sight, out of mind and I don’t have a massive amount of equipment taking up space in my common areas.
