I had extensive termites damage that weakened my subfloor. SunDiaz came in ripped it out and put new flooring down. While he was there I had him put the finished floor down as well. He is super easy to work with. The photos will show you there was such a difference! Now on to the new kitchen!

Dakota, the owner of this company, and all of his staff were wonderful. Their work was outstanding. We have had extensive damage done to our mobile home from the hurricane and they are in the process of repairing it all. They are very patient and answered all of our questions. Very professional. I called dakota, this young man came came out and gave me a quote like a professional. He was very reasonable knowing I had a lot of mold growing . Him and his crew came and were very respectful & stayed until the job was completed. Highly recommend!

Price was fair. Service was prompt with enough guys to get the job done in one day. The age group of the workers was mixed, with experience to match. My home was using 40-50 kwh of electric per day. After the work was done, I no longer had hot or cold spots on my floor and my electric came down to 16 kwh. I expect to see a $100 a month saving in electric. Now My HVAC/air handler is not working overtime wearing itself out. In summary. Preserving my AC system will save $7000 that was going to be a gaurenteed expense should I have not got the work done on the vapour barrier. The electric savings will in a few years pay for the cost of the Vapour barrier. My house is no longer suffering from excessive humidity coming into the dwelling. Summary: My home is significantly more comfortable; my lungs are having a better time my home is better protected from the elements, and it is restored to like new.If you need vapor barrier, get it done ASAP. These guys did a good job and were trustworthy. Thank you, Dacota and your team!!!

Excellent service. The owner, Dakota, was very knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done and did them promptly. He explained the whole process while making repairs on our home.
