Hello all, had that Shaky morning where I walked to a flooded living room- coming from up stairs. Literally, swimming. Ally was called, specifically a great guy named Nakoma!! - man , not only helped me out to get dry but the personality & professionalism was Top Tier. I came home one day to find water pouring from the ceiling in my kitchen! The water heater in the unit above my condo had failed. Everything was destroyed and I was devastated.I called Ally and they immediately put my mind at ease. They became my single-source solution. They took charge of the cleanup and water mitigation. They helped me design my new kitchen. They coordinated the demolition and all the subcontractors to handle flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, and installing cabinets and appliances.They were fast!Our Building Manager and our Maintenance Supervisor were amazed by how efficient Ally’s approach was.Our building has a lot of strict rules for contractors and they said Ally not only adhered to the rules, but also were really proactive in their communication about when workers would be onsite and any special consideration they needed to complete the project.Other residents in our building also took notice and they have reached out to have Ally start working on projects in their units, too.

We had a one-bathroom apartment with the one and only shower stall shower pan compromised. After troubleshooting the possible fixes, and being met with almost every conceivable challenge, the team from Ally, Josue Cordero and Gregorio Rojas, stuck to the mission and replaced the shower pan while also finishing out the wall and tile job brilliantly after the Ally plumber adjusted for the difference with existing plumbing and new drain location. Thanks guys! You are technicians and artists! Thank you Ally Turnkey!

I am completely blown away at how amazing and thorough Joey and Nokoma from Ally are. They came here to clean out our HVAC ducts and were so good I wanted them back for our dryer vent. Both are extremely competent and efficient while working so well together.If you have questions they will keep you informed, while being polite, friendly and professional. Their work ethic has them doing the job “right the first time”. Can’t say enough great things about them!

Just wanted to post a review for Ally Turnkey and their professional staff.They have been great to work with for the past 5 years; housecleaning and carpet cleaning.Every time I reach out to Mike with a cleaning request, he has been able to get me on the schedule.This past February there was a situation with a water issue from the apartment above me and again, Ally Turnkey was quick to respond, draining the water from the ceiling by cutting holes, bringing in fans and dryers, to be sure that it dried quickly.They had some drywall repair to deal with as well as painting. The job was done properly and expeditiously. I am so pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Mike and Ian! There was another young man too, but unsure of his name.

With being in the property management industry finding a vendor that is professional, responsive, and overall well structured is hard to find. With Ally, I trust their services. Bonnie is my go to representative if there is an error and she address this quickly and professionally. Others have tried to complete what Ally does, but to me there is no comparison. I thank Bonnie, Mike, and the others who make this company strong and accomplished. If I were to ever leave the community I am with, I will surly use them at the next!

We recently hired Ally Turnkey to paint the exterior of our home and they did a fantastic job. Their crew was extremely professional and nice, and they were able to get our two-story house completely finished in a couple of days - pressure washing, pre-coat, painting, front door, the works. I highly recommend them.

I had my carpets cleaned by Ally Turnkey. First they arrived at the time they stated. Michael and Eddie were professional and extremely courteous. Michael explained exactly what/how he was going to proceed. They finished in just over 1.5 hours for 6 rooms and the carpets look better than new. They were very careful with items in the house and cleaned up completely when finished. Michael inspected every room at the finish and you could tell that he strove for perfection. In addition to the great job, the pricing is very reasonable. I have their number on speed-dial for my next carpet cleaning and I look forward to using the other services that they offer. Michael Blackburn is exemplary. We experienced issues with mold and mildew due to the humidity in my unit. He came out addressed the issues even involving his manager. His manager arrived promptly and they were able to address and remediate all of the issues the same day. Talk about great service and diligence. He was so patient and understanding and took my concerns seriously. His kindness and professionalism made the difference.
