Ive had the pleasure of working with Krouses Electric Inc., and I cant say enough good things, especially about Tim Jr. He thoroughly inspected my home, helped me with wiring, fixed unsafe outlets, installed light fixtures, and even hardwired my Ring doorbell camera and electric fireplace. On top of all that, he gave me some great design ideas that really improved the look of everything.What really impressed me was how much Tim cared about safety. He didnt just rush through the job - he made sure to explain any outcomes and potential safety risks and gave me the best options to fix them or avoid them completely. His communication was on point the whole time, so l always knew what was going on and felt like I was part of the process. Tim does a great job at keeping you in the loop with the hows and whys.Tim was punctual, efficient, and just super kind.Its clear hes passionate about what he does, hes great at solving problems and coming up with creative solutions. Tim Krause responded quickly when we needed an electrician. In addition to helping us with known needs, he also made suggestions that were safe, useful and cost effective. Tim Jr and Jon were a polite team and a pleasure to have in our home--they worked together carefully and efficiently. We appreciate and recommend their work.

Tim Jr. at Krouse’s Electric has gone above and beyond in helping us fix the electrical issues in our home. After years of dealing with the subpar work of a former “electrician,” we needed someone we could trust, and Tim Jr. delivered. He’s been rewiring our lighting, getting previously non-functioning lights back up and running, and making sure our outlets are up to code for safety and efficiency.In addition, he installed exterior light bulbs and made sure our Ring camera was properly powered and installed. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything is done right has given us peace of mind. If you’re looking for an electrician who does excellent work and truly cares about getting it right, I highly recommend Tim Jr.!
