I hired Franklin Light and electric for the electrical work on a kitchen renovation. They were very professional and provided expert advice on where to place lighting, switches and plugs based off my uses and habits. Their work ethic was top notch, their work exceeded my expectations and they finished a day early. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed, both home renovations and new construction.

Steve and his apprentice replaced the knob and tube wiring and power panel) in our Tacoma home (3 stories with 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms) with modern and code-compliant circuitry. He coordinated his work to minimize impact on our daily lives, completing each section of the home in the time frame promised, and left the home clean and uncluttered each day. Steve also worked with our insurance company to educate them on code requirements related to a leaking pipe that resulted in an expanded recovery of the re-wiring cost from our insurance claim. Steve is a true professional that takes great pride in his work - to the extent that he even adds little free-bee upgrades as his budget and timeline allow. On our home, he added security lighting to the carport area. And to top it off, Steve is very easy to work with - we are extremely happy with every facet of this project and highly recommend Franklin Lighting and Electric.

They conducted an inspection of our electrical system - they were on time, knew their stuff and gave us their recommendations before they left. We then hired them to fix the problem areas, plus add several can lights, install timer switches and an outdoor outlet. The crew let us know they were on their way, were very professional and cleaned up after the project. We look forward to using Franklin Lighting & Electric for our next electrical project!

By 3 someone was here fixed my problem... thank you so much for the fast prompt service... The b rates were reasonable and if I ever need something again will definitely call them. I certainly made the best choice choosing “Franklin Lighting & Electric”. I needed a new panel and two dedicated outlets. I am a widow who has had to make major decisions regarding the family home. When the circuits kept “tripping”, it was time to upgrade. Stephen and his crew got everything done in a day and left no mess! I am so very pleased. Also, there was never any impatience with my many questions and hesitancy about what needed to be done for this project. I definitely recommend using this company.
