I feel these folks were skilled, honest and thorough in their work, including the fact they cleaned up my property so thoroughly afterwards that one would never know the work had been done! I did have a dumpster blocking my driveway for over a week and a half, but this was not their fault, as the weather was uncooperative and our dump was closed for several days around Thanksgiving. They communicated well, seem to have done quality work with quality materials, answered all my questions, and promptly corrected an issue I noted with the contracts. I will recommend them to anyone needing roofing/gutter work on their home.

SOS replaced my roof last summer. The entire staff was great to work with from start to finish. The sales rep responded to me quickly and met with me in-person to provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The crew worked efficiently; I was amazed at how quickly they completed the project. They replaced the decking material that was damaged and installed high-quality underlayments to properly protect my roof. The foreman on site answered all my questions and patiently explained everything to me. Dave, the owner, also stopped by personally while the crew was working and then again to do an inspection upon job completion and make sure I was completely satisfied with all the work the crew had completed. The entire process from start to finish went so much smoother than I anticipated it would. I am so excited to know that my new roof has a 50 year manufacturer warranty in addition to the SOS workmanship warranty. I would highly recommend SOS to anyone who needs a roof replacement - easy to work with, knowledgeable staff, great communication, efficient work!

I would highly recommend this company, even though I didn’t end up using them. They came out quickly to give me an estimate and also suggested to check with a mason. I ended up having to have my chimney replaced completely so I didn’t need to use them. They were very good about refunding my deposit. If I have any roofing needs in the future, I will certainly reach out to them.

We had a roof replaced two weeks ago by SOS. There were four guys and a lady that came over to the house and did a wonderful wonderful job. They removed two roofs from my house and install the new roof and a skylight and it came out absolutely beautiful. They also have a foreman by the name of Trey who was on site and made sure everything was taken care of properly. If I had another house, I would use them again too.

I called Dave to get a price for a gutter on my covered deck. I needed a 43’ long gutter and he gave me a fantastic price ! Two days later he called me and said he was on his way to my house. I was at work but had sent him a photo of exactly where I wanted the downspout and that was all he needed. I only wanted 1 downspout on the north end of the house, which he was a little reluctant to go with because that can be a lot of water for 1 downspout to handle. He informed me that if it ended up not working correctly he would come back and put another on the south end. It works fantastic and he was done in less than 2 hours. Dave even sent me a video before he left because it had started raining before he left. 5 stars all day long !!!!

The whole process was great Jon did an awesome job explaining all the details and color choices . Tre the supervisor of the crew was great showed me pictures of my damage and fixed everything. I had roof issues and after much research and speaking to a couple other companies, I contacted SOS Roofing and General Contracting. I set an appointment with the owner, Dave, who looked at the roof and explained the products and options available. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and so easy to work with I immediately knew I wanted to hire his company for the job. Its important to him to do a good job and make sure the customer is happy. His team installed my new roof and skylight and cleaned up like they were never here! I will definitely be calling them for future needs and recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done.

Dave was quick to respond to my request to provide an estimate to replace the hail-damaged roof. He worked with the Insurance agent to ensure all necessary costs were incorporated in the coverage. Dave also handled the scheduling and SOS Roofing installed the roof within about 1 week of providing the estimate. The crew arrived on time and completed the roof in about 8 hours. They cleaned up all debris. Crew men worked diligently to install roof. It was a pleasure working with the entire group.

SOS Roofing completed an asphalt roof and gutter replacement job at our house in August 2023. Working with SOS Roofing was a great experience from beginning to end. After seeing the quality of their work in our neighborhood and meeting with the companys sales rep, hiring SOS roofing for the job was an easy decision. The sales rep was very quick to set up a visit after we initially contacted the company. While at our house, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done as part of our roof replacement, the materials that would be used, the steps of the job, and the warranty of the materials & workmanship. He then provided us with all of the shingle options along with his recommendations and gave us a fair estimate. Shortly after we contacted the SOS Roofing office manager to accept the estimate and give our material decisions, we were given a date for the job. A dumpster and all the materials arrived the day before the job started. The roofing crew who performed our roof replacement were outstanding! They worked incredibly hard and meticulously to complete the job to our satisfaction. Throughout much of the job, a foreman was present to support the crew and answer all of our questions. The day after the completion of our job, the dumpster was hauled away and the owner came out to do a final job inspection. He was very thorough in looking over the whole job and immediately addressing any concerns we had. While there, we both came to the conclusion that a 70 gutter on the back of our house needed to be replaced! While he didnt come to our house expecting to complete this added step, he took the time to take care of it because he was motivated to get it done right away! It was very obvious to me how much pride the owner has in his company and how important customer satisfaction is to him. It was a real pleasure working with the entire SOS Roofing team. Everyone who has seen our new roof has been very impressed. We would not hesitate to highly recommend SOS Roofing to anyone looking for first class roofing work!

I was very pleased with Dave, Rob, their team and the work that was performed at my house. They removed existing shingles on my 2-story house and on my garage. My roof was a disgrace. It was full of moss and my one room had a small leak. I was out of town and when I returned I didnt even realize the work was finished. The cleanup was amazing. Not one shingle on the ground.Right now they are in the process of rebuilding and shingling my garage. The boards were broken and shingles were gone. They have replaced the broken boards and the repair is almost complete. The color I Chose is Harbor Blue makes my home look beautiful. The team cleaned up the yard at the end of day one and on the next day finished with a thorough cleaning of the house and yard.

My roof unexpectedly developed a serious leak. I couldnt get other roofers to even call me back because this is their busy season. An SOS representative called me back within minutes of leaving my message and came over an hour later to see the damage and give me a quote. I chose SOS over other roofing contractors for several reasons. First, when I arranged for the estimate and set up a time. The salesman Ed showed up when he said he would. That is really important to me. The second was the guys started the project when I was told they would. Third they completed the project when they said they would.
