    I hired Seth’s Painting & Carpentry to paint my 1960’s aluminum-sided home, and I am thrilled with the results! I had my doubts about how it would turn out, but the team did an excellent job. His crew was professional, hardworking and very skilled. I am very satisfied with the work they completed.

    I hired Seth to paint my house and garage , as well as, for some carpentry on a porch and a few soft window sills. Seths team did a great job and I am very glad I chose Seth for the job. Even better, after the job was completed Seth and his brother came back to address a few areas that required touch-ups at no additional cost. I believe that showed a lot of integrity and confidence in his work. That is why I will be hiring Seth again for future painting and carpentry projects and recommend you do to!

    Seth’s team just wrapped up our house and it came out beautifully. We have an older home with cedar shakes, and the back side of the house was really peeling and warped from the weather coming in on that side of the house. His crew was able to replace what needed repairing, and scraped/ painted the rest. Love that we were able to use what we had vs replacing/ residing the whole house. Overall the crew was really professional, friendly, and very responsive to questions along the way. Also love that they seemed as excited as we were to paint the house black😄 Would definitely hire them again in the future if we have another painting project.

    We used Seth Paints to paint the exterior of our home and could not be more pleased. Seths painter Greg did the work, and he was professional, meticulous, and incredibly hard working. He texted us daily about each step of the process and to let us know when he would arrive. He scraped the old flaking paint relentlessly, which was impressive, and touched up blemishes in the paint after he applied the second coat. He also painted our shutters, window boxes, freestanding boxes, french doors, and back porch floor, which were not explicitly in the contract but completed upon request. He stored his tools and paints at the end of each day and cleaned up paint splatter when the job was complete. We would certainly use Seth Paints again and recommend them to others.

    We used Seth’s Painting and couldn’t have been more pleased. We have a three story , 100 year old ,four square home with lots of detail and Greg did an amazing job. He took so much care prepping and priming. He consulted us every step of the way and made sure he got the exact right colors for the job. He worked long hours to get everything done. When it rained , he came and did under the porch. He personified professionalism and has a great personality as well. Seth’s quote was right on the money which we really appreciated. Our neighbors and friends love the results. We couldn’t be happier.

    Ive had my house in Syracuse painted three times since 1993 most recently this October. Seth is the one of the three that I would have back. They matched the color perfectly to the shirt that I showed them. The scraping was thorough. They also replaced a rotted sill and fascia, installed metal in a leaking valley, planned down a sticky door, painted the entryway, and replaced a leaking faucet. The staff are a handful of bright and personable professionals, I got to know everyone involved. They are exteremly knowledgable and technicay skilled. They finished the job in about half the time its taken other painters, no disappearing for days on end. I highly recommend them.

    They painted our house 2 years ago. Previously, when we had the house painted, one side would be peeling the next summer. Seths crew did an excellent job of scraping and no peeling! The Benjamin Moore paint is worth it. Two full years and someone recently asked if we just had the house painted. It still has that newly painted look to it.Best painters we ever hired.

    We highly recommend Seth’s Painting & Carpentry. His crew painted the exterior of our house in spring 2024. Seth, his foreman Clay, and the rest of the crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. In the course of the job, they consulted us and took care of carpentry work that needed to be done and were considerate of plantings near the house. Their work was meticulous.     Savannah was excellent. Very detailed in scraping old cedar shingles and meticulously painting. As well as ensuring quality paint with the right roller brush used to paint a wooden pocket door. Bill had quality carpentry skills in wallboarding where an old med cabinet was on a wall.

    We are very happy with the work Seth did on our rehab. We had several projects we needed done... second story porch addition, kitchen and bath remodels, new doors and windows, jacking, and painting. We lived 800 ,miles away while the work was being done, and they kept us informed with photos and video calls. They did a great job, we would recommend them to anyone doing work on their home.

    Project was to paint 100-year-old three story house plus garage. Seth provided a prompt and very competitive cost estimate, which proved to be accurate. Work began shortly thereafter and was timely completed. Workmanship (scraping old peeling paint, then priming and painting) was excellent. A few carpentry issues arose (cracked and rotting boards) and were fixed forthwith.

    Seth help us pick out the paint colors and we have received nothing but complements from our neighbors on the color combination and new look of the house. All the painters were professional and extremely competent. The paint crew thoroughly scraped the house and applied 2 coats of paint. They took their time, didnt rush the job, didnt leave behind paint chips from scraping or any drips or spills. Seth and his brother Max oversaw the paint crews and were great to work with. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the job.
