Im in my 60s and Im an owner of a condo in Baltimore County. I first did business with Practical Plumbing & Heating back in 2008 when I needed my gas fireplace serviced. Ive been doing business with Bill Patton of Practical Plumbing & Heating Services ever since that first call in 2008. Hes a licensed Master Plumber with over 25 years of experience servicing customers in the Maryland area. Unlike other companies, such as Len the Plumber or Roto Rooter, He is honest, reliable, and reasonable, but that also depends on the job. Recently, I smelled gas in my laundry room, I called 911, and they confirmed it was coming from a hose connected to my furnace. I called Bill the next morning, sent him pictures of the gas line connected to the furnace. He showed up that same day in less than 2 hours, he checked out the situation, and it helped that I sent him photos, because on his way, he stopped to pick up the necessary parts. He was done in less than an hour!! Hes the very best at what he does, and moreover, I trust him!!! Every woman that owns a house, but dont have anyone to call in a plumbing or gas emergency situation should definitely reach out to Bill Patton, owner of Practical Plumbing & Heating Services!!!!!! We had a great experience with Practical Plumbing. Bill was extremely nice and professional. We called him with a stopped up toilet. He came the same day we called and he arrived at the exact time he said he would. Bill was very careful to cover the area he worked with a tarp. He worked quickly and his price was fair. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Great service and prompt. We had a shower head break yesterday. Called Practical Plumbing and left a message. Bill called us back today and arrived within 30 minutes. Completed the job in a timely manner and at a great price. Would highly recommend this plumber.
