    I was completely satisfied with my service from Brosenne from start to finish! I was emailed a confirmation of my appointment and then sent a reminder text. Dwayne is 100% honest and makes sure his employees are honest as well to give his customers the best quality and honesty that he has.Not only that he loves working with his community and even teaching electrical classes this is one man we should all be looking up to.This is not your normal post.     Mike & his colleague (apologies I forgot his name) were super polite and explained best option for my situation. My condo building was built in 94 and dishwasher had a hardwire chord which was too short for new dish washer (which can do hard wire or outlet. He advised most new appliances have outlets which makes sense. Also did inspection on outlets, panel & smoke detectors. 10/10 recommend!

    I needed a 50amp plug installed for my RV at our home and they came to give me a quote within 48 hours. Jacob and Luke showed up promptly at 8am and one of them gave my whole house an inspection while the other went over what the project needed. They gave me a super fast quote at about half the price of another local electric company and I asked their availability to complete the project and they said they would do it the same day! This was probably a 3/4 of a day project that they finished with a little time in their day to spare. Amazed with the work, they went above and beyond what the other company had proposed to do and their work was neat and efficient! Super friendly and did a great job cleaning up. We will definitely be using them for any and all electrical needs we have in the future!

    My experience with Brosenne was fantastic. Lisa was friendly professional and called back when she said she would. She set expectations for my tech and got us started on the right foot. My tech, Jesse showed up right on time. After going over the diagnostic charge he got right to work. He was able to determine the issue quickly and resolved the issue. He was polite, friendly and professional. The cost was very fair for the work done.     Our Dental Office was in need of a licensed commercial electrician ASAP. Due to the rain storm last night, one of our ceiling lights in one of our operatories was not working and was leaking water. Obviously this affected our business as we were unable to use this treatment room! I asked for recommendations on Facebook, and was recommended to Brosenne. Lynn had Jacob and Mike to our office within minutes! They located the issue, had the part on their truck and had us back up and running in no time! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!     We recently bought a house in Sykesville and while we love it, a lot of electrical stuff was old, broken, or just plain weird. Jacob and Jesse replaced most of our switches and outlets, installed a surge protector and new smoke/CO alarms, and fixed all the weird issues. They also helped us redecorate by replacing some ceiling fans and lights and adding a power source to our outdoor space. They were great to work with, and the staff in the office was also very friendly and quick to answer calls & emails.Its ridiculously nice to be able to cook dinner without having to switch out appliances to the good outlet, or dry my hair without questioning whether or not Im going to fry myself. Overall were very happy and well definitely be asking them back to help with other projects in the future!

    The technician, Mike, were very personable, friendly and professional. He was the lead technician on the job and Jacob came in for certain work. The work that was required and what was recommended was explained clearly and concisely. My questions were answered completely. I am a retired engineer and have a pretty good sense of when Im talking to a pro and when Im being b.s.d. There is no doubt that Mike is a real pro. If you live in Carroll County, the Brosenne name is well known and has an excellent reputation. I am confident that I have made the right decision in engaging Brosenne Electrical to do the job and do it right.Let me clarify one point for those of you unfamiliar with the meaning of the word technician. This is a very broad term. While it describes what a person is career wise, it does not describe the level of skill, ability, experience and training that person has. In years past, electricians were called craftsmen. There were levels of craftsman: apprentice, journeyman and master electrician. In order to achieve the levels of journeyman electrician and master journeyman electrician requires a very stringent and comprehensive knowledge and execution of this craft. Federal and State Laws require passing a very difficult battery of tests in order to become licensed. To give you some ideas of what these individuals need to know, pick up a copy of the electrical codes. Everything in that book they carry around in their heads. A that doesnt included the skills required to properly use the hand and power tools required for the the job.Think about that the next time you have to hire an electrician to do work in your home or business.

    I recently purchased a condo and was having issues with some switches. I thought it would be a good idea to just have a company out to fully replace every outlet and switch as the building was built in the 90s and no apparent outlet/switch maintenance had been done.Eddie came out at the end of January to quote me for the job. I found the quote to be incredibly fair and reasonable for the work being done. We scheduled and Eddie was out next day to start (and finish) the job. He was quick and professional and even helped me upgrade a small light fixture that he thought needed immediate replacing!It is now about 6 weeks later and I decided to finally plug in the treadmill in my office only to realize some outlets were not working. I called Brosenne and Eddie was back out within an hour same day to see what was happening and fix the issue. Eddie was in and out within 15 minutes to fix the problem and I wasn’t charged at all for his time.I totally recommend Brosenne, especially Eddie, and am looking forward to having them back out to install lighting at some point!

    Recently, Brosenne Electric came to my home and was able to diagnose a faulty outlet in my kitchen. Scheduling was easy; I got an appointment for the next day (Christmas week). The employees arrived within the scheduling window and got right to work. The problem was located quickly. The employees were polite and explained the work to me so I could understand the issue and how they would resolve it.There was a miscommunication on my part, but I spoke to the owner (Duanne Brosenne), who was kind, understood my confusion, and ensured that I was happy with my service. It is rare to get excellent customer service AFTER the work is completed. Nice to work with a family-owned business that cares about the work they provide and the community that they are in. I will use Brosenne moving forward because I know Duanne Brosenne cares about his company and reputation.
