They scheduled my appointment quickly, and I was able to see who was coming to my home via a picture of the technician and I could see a live map to know exactly when he would arrive. We were afraid to change our second story foyer light ourselves and needed our dining room light relocated, they also did some troubleshooting for us and installed a dimmer switch for our dining room light fixture. This is the second time weve used dependable electric. They respond quickly, set a date and time, they arrive on time and are efficient. Oh and they do a great job! I love what they did in our basement. I was only planning to do a few can lights and 2 outlets and it turned into 6 can lights and 7 outlets per their recommendation and I couldnt be happier. I love how bright it is! I cant wait until the rest of the basement is finished. If youre on the fence on whether to hire them, do it. You wont regret it!

Fantastic service even in an emergency! Great friendly crews and service was top notch!!! Replaced an entire bad circuit board with a new one in half a day to get our power back before we froze! Calling anyone else would be crazy!

Another great job by Dependable Electric! I’ve used them several times. This time was to fix a job a general contractor did that wasn’t to code. Chase was able to get the electrical to code and do some other electrical work around the house. All with no needed repairs to sheetrock! Cannot say enough good things about Chase and Dependable Electric. Will hire them every single time I need any electrical work done. They do great work, are friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced.

After being stood up by Reliable Electric I called Dependable. First I called Dependable around 10pm and left a voice mail. The next day I was contacted and was told that I they can service me the same day which was too quick. I scheduled for Monday morning. The techs came and identified themselves ask a few questions and went to work. They told me the cost upfront and explained everything as they went. After I got a qoute to wire up my new garage which I will be doing because of the service I received. I actually expected to pay over 1000.00 but my bill was only 350.00. I will continue to do business with this company as long as they continue to provide service like this.Called them back out to drag power to my new garage. The people they sent were so nice I would invite them to Thanksgiving dinner. Dependable Electric has me as an customer for life. No longer need to check around for different quotes. Yall did a great job. Thanks again

I originally got an estimate for a whole home surge protector and a Level 2 Car Charger outlet, but decided to only do the surge protector at this time. Harold was on time, very professional, thorough in his explanations, and completed the work very quickly. I also asked at the last minute if he could put an additional standard outlet just below the panel, and he got it done in no time. Once he finished he cleaned up everything and made sure I knew how to operate my wifi fan/light fixture and asked me if there was anything else I needed or had questions about. The owners and their staff are so polite and professional. They came out and installed a beautiful light fixture for me at a great price!
