    Great service and timely response! Kevin explained the details of my homes antiquated plumbing and possible problems, found the problem (an invading root), and fixed it! He was great company on top of it all. I would definitely be using them again!

    They are very responsive, let me know approximate costs,very good at plumbing and are not condescending. Everything we need.12.28.23 We had them come back today to install a new kitchen faucet, garbage dispenser, and soap dispenser. Mat was efficient, friendly great with our dogs.

    This is truly a community plumbing shop! I called and needed some advice, wondering if they had a special product for my holding tank, they went in the back and looked and had some of the product left over and gave it to me for free! Absolutely fantastic company, Ill definitely call them in the future for other plumbing needs.

    We called Belknap because we did not have heat. The first time we called Randy came within the hour and seem to fix the intermit problem. It appeared to be a part that needed a cleaning. Randy stayed and made other checks to make sure this was the problem. Everything was fine until the next morning when the heat did not come on. We called and within an hour Nick was at the house and again very soon he had found another problem and fixed it right away. All this being said we had an outstanding experience with Belknap. Both Randy and Nick were courteous, knowledgeable and professional....they are great assets for this company. Also we have a service agreement with Belknap which made this service very economical. I highly recommend Belknap for all your heating and air condition service.Ron East Amherst

    I had water backed up in my basement from the basement drain and called another local company (which I will not name) to come and snake out the drain.Their serviceman came while I was at work, claimed that they were unable to snake out the drain, and still charged me $150.I came home to 3 inches of standing water in still in my basement.I called the City of Superior and they recommended Belknap Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The serviceman from Belknap came while I was home. He was fast and efficient and was able to snake out the drain without difficulty.We watched the water completely empty out of the basement.I have had no issues with my basement drain since then.Thank you to Belknap for great service and doing what the other guys couldnt do!

    Huge shout out to Belknap Plumbing out of Superior, WI....When we built our new home, we hired Belknap Plumbing and Heating to do the job. Everything went very well through the building process. We were so pleased with our new home, but after a few months, we noticed a sound that sounded just like water hammer. A couple employees came out and did an inspection and did a few things to fix the problem. It did not work. Then they came back and put in more water hammer arrestors. That didnt work. We were all clearly frustrated. Then Chris, the owner came out and inspected everything and he was stumped. After four trips put to Iron River, and after many hours of figuring out was wrong, he discovered a faulty faucet in the master bedroom shower. After replacing the faucet, the mysterious noise stopped! Chris, the owner of Belknap never gave up on us, and it truly bothered him that our issue was not resolved. I am totally happy our problem was fixed, and that he chose to solve our problem, not ignore it. I would highly recommend Belknap Plumbing and Heating out of Superior, WI.
