    Advantage Air & Heating & Plumbing is the Best of all! I called several furnace repair places only to get jacked around I was so fortunate to have called them here’s my story! I returned to my home yesterday with absolutely no furnace on! 😩 Everything froze every pipe the toilets you name it I think it was like 15° inside my house . My husband had passed away so I have no person to consult with so I have to trust the people that I’m reaching out to without being taken advantage of which has happened numerous times! The Technician Chase came out after hours and what an outstanding professional technician! He knew exactly what he was doing and told me he was going to have to return tomorrow Luckily they did fit me in today and my house is getting toasty warm as we speak Chase is outstanding he is so efficient professional his knowledge about fuel oil furnaces is above and beyond I will have him come every year and service my furnace super nice & trustworthy guy! Thank you!

    I just purchased my home within the last 2 months, and experienced my first home trap backup. After calling about 6 places that couldnt get anyone out for over 24 hours, Advantage was able to get me scheduled same day. Matt came out and cleared it up, and was so incredibly professional and nice, and also recommended resources to get a permanent sump installed. Work was very reasonably priced for a last minute issue, I will absolutely be reaching back out for future work

    Advantage Air (AA) installed a new air exchanger in our home… and they did a fantastic job!One CAVEAT before you read this review: I am a real, paying customer and I mean, literally, EVERY word written here. These are my words, not the words of AA or anyone else… this is my personal experience with AA.First off, Bryce and Chase were the installers and they were some of the best HVAC people we’ve ever worked with.As the general contractor, I built our own home in 2007/2008 and dealt with quite a few subcontractors so we have a good feel for what quality work and quality subs look like.These guys were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and solid. The quality of their work was great: no standing around for hours stuck on a problem or telling us they can’t figure it out so they’ll have to come back in a few days.The system they installed worked right the first time they turned it on. They nailed it!The quality was great, but there was something EXTRA that AA brought to the table during this installation: the willing attitude of their employees.I can’t say enough about Bryce and Chase. For each question and request, they helped us with a “can do” attitude.As most homeowners know, it is so helpful when a sub can help tackle those little extras that only take a few minutes. We only asked for help with a couple quick little things that were reasonable and they didn’t roll their eyes or tell us with their body language that my request was a headache, they were MORE than willing to help.We never want to take advantage of a sub who is doing work for us. We like to bring a positive, reasonable attitude to the table as customers, but when the subs bring a great attitude with them to the job site, it makes paying for the work more satisfying.For example, they were willing to take a quick look at the condition of the filters in our second air exchanger, an air exchanger they did NOT install. It took them less than 5 min and they solved our problem. It addressed a concern about something in our home that was a pain for us but they could easily help us with. Reasonable request, positive willingness to help.In addition to answering our questions and an overall attitude of helpfulness, these guys cleaned up after themselves!Let me repeat that for those of you that appreciate a subcontractor that doesn’t leave a mess behind…THESE GUYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES!!! You know, like “leave no trace.”They carried portable vacuum cleaners around with them while they worked and vacuumed up their dust. Thank you guys, we appreciate you going the extra mile. Your clean work style sure made my wife happy! :)As the general contractor for our own home build I know how rare it is to find a company that REALLY shows care about their work and their customers.And one last note: Advantage Air’s price were very fair, especially for the quality of work that we got. We feel got a good deal.So, if you’ve read this far in my review, you can guess that we are fans of Advantage Air… quality work, quality workers, quality attitudes.Thank you Advantage Air!Just know that we will be calling you for our next job.     After being rescheduled by a previous plumbing company to a week and a half out Advantage went above and beyond to get my hot water back. I called them yesterday afternoon and they had a technician at my house today. Less then a 24 turn around when everyone else told me at least a week. Great communication, their technician was clean and profession, and office staff was a delight to work with and answered all questions I had. I strongly recommend them for your plumbing needs and emergencies!!! This company is efficient and a must to work with!!!!!!

    I had a water heater start leaking, and after another company twice failed to come when they said they would, I finally needed it done ASAP. On a Friday afternoon I stopped into Advantage Air to see if they would be able to fit me in. They were able to stop by in about 30 minutes to give me an estimate, and were there at 8am the following morning (Saturday) to install. I did of course have to pay the weekend labor rate but was happy they were able to get it done so quickly. I would definitely use them again.

    Had a cold climate heat pump installed with gas furnace back up. First, I received 3 bids and Advantage Air had the best price without artificially lowering the price with rebates available. They were on time, removed the old oil furnace, installed system coordinating all required electrical work and did a great job explaining the new technology. They carry the best line of equipment for heat pumps, Mitsubishi. When the State finally gets the rebate plan in place, I will receive even more of the cost back. The new system has been up and running for 2 months and my energy costs for both heating and cooling are surprisingly small. Lower than I expected. Great experience!

    330 Christmas morning today, I woke up to the heat not working and it was freezing in the house. I had my 3 kids with and they were freezing. I texted my landlord and told him what was going on and he got it. He contacted Advantage Air and plumbing to see if someone would come out this morning. Someone did. His name is Chase. Great guy. Came out and fixed my heat on the spot! Awesome guy. He also have kids. The kids and I are very appreciative of him. Great job!!!!

    The tem at Advantage Air saved weekend. My wife and I are slowly remodeling our home in South Superior. We currently live in the Twin Cities until I retire, and we arrived Thursday evening to the house being at 47 degrees. Major bummer. I am also in th HVAC industry, and I diagnose the furnace having plugged secondary heat exchanger. Jessie gave me a fair quote to replace it. And Bryce and Ron did amazing job installing the new furnace. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

    I called Advantage Air on a Friday morning. I had been dealing with Comfort Systems for 3 weeks, trying to get my furnace damper repaired. Comfort Systems said my part was back ordered until March, and, oh well…Advantage Air was at my duplex by 9:30 and had the damper repaired by noon. My furnace now functioned properly and split the heat to the 2 apartments. I will definitely use Advantage Air in the future, and the price to fix my furnace problem was less than last month’s heating bill.

    My dads heat went out called Monday morning and they said they could get him in on Wednesday morning. He has a fuel oil furnace so getting a quick appointment is hard anywhere due to not many fuel oil techs. They called me back Monday night letting me know they made room to fit him in earlier Tuesday morning. Tech showed up on time and was great working with my dad and the barking dog that followed him around.

    We wanted to install mini splits in our old house. We had several bids from other HVAC companies and Advantage was the most affordable, all of the bids included the same size/model equipment. Joe had some really great ideas on how to run/hide the many lines that other companies did not consider. This was a huge job, 5 heads and a 3.5 ton Condenser. The crew, Jesse and Bryce went right to work on the scheduled date and were great to work with, taking care to keeping me up to date on their progress and making sure the everything was installed properly and professionally, all the while keeping the work area clean. I would highly recommend Advantage Air.

    Very happy to have Advantage Air for my new furnace. From the start I was glad to hear how knowledgeable Tess the office manager was about HVAC.Tess scheduled Kelly to come out that day. Kelly was very complete in letting me know all my options and what they would provide for me. Kelly came again the next day and we had heat that afternoon. They responded same day, put in quality work on a furnace well past its prime, answered our questions as needed well, gave us a great price on the part and service and the tech even made sure after hours that we were still up and running on his own time.     On a cold, cold January morning I realized that our furnace wouldnt light. I was unable to relight it myself and decided I had to call a professional, but was concerned that it would be several hours before they arrived.I found Advantage Air thanks to Google, and was amazed when they had a technician at our house within 45 minutes.     A couple years ago when the temperatures where only -20 my furnace went out. I called them at 1030 pm, joe was there within an hour, turns out the mother board was shot and needed new one. The next day they were there by 9am, it was joe again (not sure if he slept). Fast forward to October, I got joe there within an hour of calling for an estimate. The work was done within a week, I had some heat right away. They had to move some vents around and add new ones. Great quality and exceptional work. Extremely easy to get ahold of

    I had an emergency in below zero temps and no one was answering their 24 call numbers. However, Advantage Air were the only ones to call me back in the morning to set a time. They also worked with me financially on the diagnosis fee since they did not need to work on the unit but instead needed to just replace a part. Unfortunately I was not able to afford the part or get it fixed. Not their fault at all it was how the part was made (welded shut).

    I cant say enough about how wonderful my experience was with advantage air. The receptionist was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to answer my questions. The price was fair and the quality of the work was amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on how good the ducting looks. They did a great job making the ducting as unobtrusive as possible in my basement. I would highly recommend them!

    I had this company replace an AC unit 1 year ago I’ve held off writing a review until I actually used it for a bit to give an accurate review. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company we choose the Amana unit and since using this unit it has saved us 200 dollars on average a month in our electric bill. We just had a service and am definitely happy I went with this company! I wish I had the same experience with the roofing company on to my next review! Yes go with this company!!
