The People at Go Gen is awesome people to work with I just got a new generator from them and also a new AC unit from them and they was awesome to work with highly Recommend them. and Michael and Randy and the little helper they were both awesome. Also, I highly recommend them too.

Cogen folks are very eager to serve and the folks that did the installation were very knowledgeable and very aggressive to get the job done. I found them very friendly and willing to meet my needs. The company owner came out during the installation just to follow-up. The store manager came out during the installation to follow-up on an issue and solved it right away. I find these folks work to meet the customer’s needs. No regret on my decision to move in with them.

Mike took care of my annual maintenance and took care of another issue he found during the inspection. He also returned and installed the damaged part he found on the previous visit. He was professional, courteous and very good at explaining it all to me. I highly recommend Mike for your service needs.

GoGEN was excellent. I had to purchase a new Unit but needed to upgrade.(Had known this for years but I kept putting it off) They were very professional and pointed me in the right direction in purchasing the best HVAC for my house. My last two electric bills have saved me 1/3 of the Kwh each month that I would normally have used, thus saving me money. The unit is Amazing. And when it was going to be an extra day before the Unit would work, GoGEN provided me with protable and window A/C Units in the meantime. I cant thank Michael Grupp and GoGEN enough.

GoGEN? Theyre a great company thats always quick to respond and sends out their technicians the same day. Plus, they charge by the hour, which is much fairer than those other guys who make you pay for a minimum of 3 hours. And get this - they dont outsource their call center, so youll always talk to a local expert who can help you out right away.I actually used GoGEN back in 2019 as one of the 4 companies that could install a stand alone generator at my house. The owners dad even came out to give me some professional advice based on his years of experience. I was a hesitant because the cost was tooo high, but then when Hurricane Laura and Delta hit in 2023, I wished Id had that generator. More recently, in 2023, my a/c collapsed and I called up GoGEN. They sent a technician out who showed up in 1.5-hrs, 10 minutes early (!) and confirmed my diagnosis in just 7 minutes--CAPACITOR after 4 years of work puffed up! I had the part, he replaced it--gave me a workshop on how to--with comments and all my Qs answered! He was out of my house in no time. Seriously, I cant recommend these guys enough. NOT costly, highly PROs, fair and reliable. They are willing to go a 2nd mile with you!

Been using them for years, both AC & electrical. Professional, prompt and personable. You may be able to get it cheaper (perhaps) but I dont believe you could get better. Like my Grandfather said, You get what you pay for. And thats what counts. Do yourself a favor and get an accurate estimate.

Great Company! Excellent Service being a client from a company that was closed down, and I was informed that GoGen would be handling my service and warranty now. Staff very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent electrical work. Installed generator, smoke/co2 detectors, transfer switch, updated wiring to inside panel, and added outside electrical panel. Professional and very friendly technicians.
