South Point Electrical came in on a Saturday, within an hour, after a circuit trip from a bad breaker. The electrician was professional and kind and after temporarily fixing the issue I asked if they could replace the entire Federal Pacific (notoriously defective brand) breaker panel. The price was incredibly fair, lower than I expected.I also asked him to install a ground rod, which was missing, and leave 4’ of slack. My house is currently being raised and I needed the ability to stretch the wire out on lift days.Overall experience: A+I highly recommend South Point Electrical based on my personal experience with them.

TERRIFIC experience with South Point Electrical! Yesterday I had new electrical lines put in from my breaker box to 2 separate A/C units (distance outside underground of about 88 feet) along with installation of shut-off boxes at the A/Cs. Joshua and his Technician did a TERRIFIC job especially considering it was under less-than-ideal circumstances...muddy conditions due to recent rains, very hot and muggy and, worst of all numerous mosquitoes. Through it all, Joshua and his tech were pleasant, professional and thorough. Everything was done with patience, knowledge and a pride in their workmanship. Finished product looks impressive and was very neatly done. I will be getting an upgrade in my breaker box from them in the very near future. Do yourself a favor, if you have any electrical problem, call South Point Electrical, you will be glad you did! They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Additionally, Josie will keep you updated on appointment and arrival times and be glad to answer any questions!

The guys that came out were outstanding.. Professional, courteous, Kept me in the loop about everything they were ding. They even didn’t mind listening to my stories about the gulf war and my many travels arou d the world. I didn’t ask them but do you folks install ceiling fans I could do them at one time but my health won’t let me look up for any length of time and I have 4 to install with be to be placed in the center of the living room that does not a light there to install it easily. Going to need a junction box to tie into probably the light switch or a seperate switch next to the existing switch inside this house has no doorbell. I would like to put in a ring doorbell on both sides of the house and driveway above A/C unit in the driveway. Thank you for everything you have do men for me.
