    Developed a leak behind the wall in the master bathroom. Called Mock plumbing and they came on the specified time. Plumber went straight to work and quickly identified the leak - which was in a tricky spot-and repaired it neat and clean. Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this plumbing company

    I had a 10-year old hot water heater that would not stay lit. After years of handling hard water, it was probably full of scale. Will and Robert came the same day to assess. After discussion, we decided to replace both hot water heaters since the problems will only get worse. With the recent installation of a water softener, the new ones should last a long time. The new ones were vastly superior in quality compared to the builder grade hot water heaters installed Taylor Morrison.Will and Robert were extremely efficient and they had the old hot water heaters removed and the new ones installed in a couple of hours. They upgraded valves and fittings. They also replaced my outdoor water faucets for me while they were here.

    I called just before noon about replacing my garbage disposal unit. Chris advised they would be out between 4 and 5 pm same day. They arrived at 4:06 pm; jumped right in and were thru by 4:50.     Best plumber I’ve ever experienced. We had them do a major gas line replacement, a sprinkler exchange, a toilet, a main water valve replacement and a couple other items. All completed in one day with a crew of 4 who are incredibly talented. The digging they did for the gas line was tricky with a lot of pool plumbing underground - they knew what to do to identify where other plumbing was located before doing the dig. And after completing it, it looks like a landscaper came in to fill it back up. Extremely impressed!!! I guess the best of the best are all in Great Wood 😂🤣

    I recently had my hot water heater replaced by Mock Plumbing. Mock Plumbing is extremely professional, courteous, and honest. They did not pressure me into making a decision as I have experienced in the past with other companies. Their pricing is fair.     Chris installed an Aquasana whole house water filter today. The install was quick and perfect. He arrived on time and worked diligently and did everything that I asked for the agreed upon price. I am very pleased with his work. After he finished, I asked him to snake a shower drain and he did that for a fair price. A++

    Working with Mock Plumbing was great. They were very professional and helpful. Chris- the owner- spoke with me on the phone about reasons the sink was not draining and answered questions I had. We scheduled an appt for the next week and his employee showed up on time. The work was done in about an hour. He was very friendly and explained to us what we can do to avoid this blockage in the future. This is the second time we have used them and would highly recommend them.

    Once again, Mock Plumbing to the rescue. Here we are in another Texas freeze...pipes froze up and Chris and crew showed up to help. I know they are inundated with calls today but they worked us in to check out what we had going on and make suggestions on what to do from here. Now we wait to defrost and see. Our prior experience with Mock Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars. While another well known plumbing company in the area said we needed a new water heater, Mock Plumbing recognized that it was just a $40 filter that needed to be replaced in our water softener system. Chris and his crew continue to prove that they are honest, reliable and professional time and time again. We will never call another plumber. Highly recommend.

    I had Mock Plumbing come out to try to determine where I had a leak that was creating a significant amount of pooling along my driveway. They did a great job of assessing the flow of water and thoroughly ruled out the less invasive possibilities before deciding they were going to have to jack hammer the driveway. They were right in their assessment. I felt that the quality of work they did was great and that the price was very fair.

    First experience was excellent. Not a simple project - external gas leak with below ground repairs. Project scope was more complex than when first quoted but the additional costs was shared by Mock Plumbing very fairly in my opinion. Their service was personal and professional.     This is the first time I called Mock Plumbing. They were fantastic. They are prompt, professional, respectful, and do excellent work.A slow draining shower and toilet proved to be a broken sewer line under the house. Only Mock identified the true problem complete with live pictures of the break and technology, explained the solution, and costs before starting work. During the repair they provided updates of their progress. It was a big job, but the final cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs.

    It is always refreshing to come across an honest and helpful company like Mock Plumbing. Our water heater needed to be replaced and naturally we called our warranty company and they sent over their service provider. I was told I needed to do extra work aside from actually replacing the water heater. I was also told that it would be in my best interest to get a solar fan in my attic as well. Luckily, I was referred to Mock Plumbing by a family member and Chris (the owner) took my call and was able to come out that afternoon to assess the situation. The following day he was able to install our new water heater at a competitive price. He really took the time to educate me on what was really necessary, as opposed to trying to up-sell me on things that weren’t needed. We plan to use Mock Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. The service was excellent and the quality of work outstanding. But above all, I appreciated his helpful information and honesty.

    Will and Robert from mock plumbing replaced the garden backflow preventer and the 2 garden hose bibbs that was broken after the freeze. I had a quote on replacing the main water valve in the garage as well but turn out that wasnt needed and I just need to wait and drain the water if I need to stop the water. Appreciate the honesty and fair pricing and fast respond time.

    I highly recommend Mock Plumbing to anyone who needs good, honest, and professional plumbing work done. My lawn guy told me I had a leak on the side of my house. I called Mock Plumbing immediately as a recommendation from my brother who has used them. Will showed up at my house 15 minutes later and was quickly able to access the situation. Luckily, the issue was minor. I had a pinhole leak in my refrigerator waterline. Will was able to repair it and another small leak I had under my kitchen sink. He was in and out in 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional. I will be using them for all of my plumbing issues.

    Chris Mock has been a huge help in diagnosing a problem in our house. After coming out to clean out our drains, he followed up with numerous phone calls to ensure the problem was fixed. When we had another related issue, he even ordered special video equipment to diagnose the problem because it was difficult to access the plumbing. When the part came in, he determined the plumbing was fine and recommended other solutions we could do ourselves. He didnt even charge us for that trip!! Great service and more than fair pricing.     After having some really strange issues with our bathroom sink (faucet would run after being switched off, back of faucet would leak hours after being turned off, faucet constantly dripped, etc.) we finally called for repair outside of our apartment complex, since the on-site staff had trouble doing more than a temporary fix. The gentlemen who came and fixed our faucet were polite, efficient, and two weeks later our sink is looking great! We really appreciate Mock Plumbing Repairs for their help and support, they are great. If we ever do have a plumbing issue again, we will certainly call them!

    We recently contacted Mock Plumbing for the first time to fix two leaking bathroom faucets. Scheduling was simple and Chris and his team were flexible.     The project was to assess the need for a drainage system to get rid of water that pools near the house during hard rain and runoff from the street and neighbors. A full review recommended an industrial 80 gallon drain and sump pump, and grate. Water would also be collected from a new gutter system and returned from the pump to a culvert. Additionally an electrical drop was installed from the attic to the exterior of the house for power to the sump pump and was not hard wired but rather uses an industrial plug so that a generator can be used in the event of power failure during a major storm. This would require two sub contractors (gutters and electrics) all led by Chris Mock as the GC. The work was completed over a period of 2 weeks to accommodate schedules and ordered materials.Chis Mock and his team were really superb. Arriving on time, working diligently and carefully to protect trees and plantings as much as possible. Work of this nature requires a nimble and imaginative mind to create a complete solution. The employees of Mock and the subcontractors for Gutters and Electrics were excellent at their crafts and really high quality human beings. (Sorry to say how rare that can seem these days, but these guys really are the best.)Chris checked back after heavy rains and stopped by to make adjustments as needed until the drainage solution was complete and full functional. My wife and I could not be more happy with the result and that this project is now part of our home. And we could not be more happy with the quality and service that Chris Mock and his team provided us.I recommend him to all my friends who have any plumbing issues. He is not the cheapest and I dont think he is the most expensive either. If you want it done right the first time, with quality materials and workers Chris Mock really is your guy.

    On a Sunday afternoon I had water backing up in my kitchen sink. It drained slowly, but was not usable. I found Mock Plumbing on Angies List (they had great ratings!) and called them first thing Monday morning. Chris answered the phone (before 8 am!). He had a full day as did I. We decided to talk after 4 pm but he assured me that he could come out that afternoon/evening. I left him a message about 4:20 pm. He called me right back and said it would be about an hour as he was finishing up a job. Within an hour he called me back to say he was on his way to my house and would be there in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and cleaned out the drain with the snake. When he and Clint were finished, he gave me some pointers for keeping the kitchen drain cleared which was very helpful. The price was very reasonable for the work that was done. They left no mess which was also a bonus! I would highly recommend Mock Plumbing and will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

    When the garbage disposal broke in my apartment, the Mock Plumbing team helped solve an emergency situation. The plumber who came to my home was punctual, professional, and efficient.     I called Mock Plumbing because of a large amount of stinky water in my backyard and toilets that werent flushing properly. Chris came out and evaluated and suggested we call the city first to make sure their pipes were clear. The city confirmed the issue wasnt on their end and I made the appointment with Chris.Turns out, the city of Baton Rouge didnt check properly, and the problem was on their end. Chris and his team discovered the issue, contacted the city and had them come and finally fix it.Although Mock didnt end up doing any actual work for me, they were great during the process, dealt with the city on my behalf and stayed in contact throughout the process. They will be the first ones I call if another issue arrises.

They replaced my thermo-couple on my water heater and had to rebuild my tub & shower valve. These guys are great.     I called Mock because of all the 5 star reviews on Angies List, Yelp, Kudzu, and everywhere else. They came out when they promised to, did an awesome repair job on both my water heater and a leaking toilet (and even tightened up the faucets for free), they cleaned up after they were done, and the bill didnt break the bank in comparison to other plumbers Ive used. I dont think Ill ever call anyone else but Mock moving forward.

    I recently renovated my kitchen and bathroom and had Mock Plumbing handle the plumbing. This was my first time to use them, and they exceeded my expectations (which were already pretty high after reading a lot of great reviews). Chris arrived promptly and did excellent work. Although the install was a little trickier than anticipated, I was only charged for the amount I was originally quoted, which was quite reasonable. When the job was complete, I asked him for advice on what to do with my old bathroom countertop. Since it was too heavy for me to lift, he offered to break it down into smaller pieces so that he could throw it in a trash can. This was a huge help to me, and he wouldnt accept any additional payment for it. I have definitely found my go-to plumber.

    This is my second time to use Mock Plumbing. My main sewer line was stopped up. I explained the problem to them and they went to work. I did not have a clean out so they had to remove my toilet in order to run their sewer machine. They discovered tree roots in my main line near my house. They dug up the damaged area and replaced it with new pipe. They also installed a clean out so that the toilet would not have to be removed in the future. Team Mock has provided excellent service to me on two occassions. I highly recommend Mock Plumbing.

    I had this strong odor coming from my guest bathroom. I assumed it was sewage and thought there may have been a leak. I called Mock Plumbing and Jason came out to check on the issue I was having. As soon as he entered, he informed me that it wasnt sewage, he mentioned it smelled like animal died. Ive had issues with squirrels and recently just had the entry points sealed in the attic. Long story short I found out that one for trapped and died in the attic. Mock Plumbing didnt charge me for the service call because the issue had nothing to do with plumbing. Most plumbing services would have tried to make a quick penny. That says a lot about Mock Plumbing and if I were to ever have a true plumbing issue, I would use their services.

    Had a problem that looked like I tankless water heater that another plumber installed was going out. Problem was that it would heat up water but would run out quickly-not something I expected from a tankless water heater.Even though it was not equipment that Chris installed nor do they do work on tankless water heaters, he researched the problem, eliminated the water heater as the problem and simply removed a plastic water saver part from the shower head. Turns out that was the problem. Now all is working trouble free and I did not have to replace the water heater like we feared.

    I contacted this company to inquire as to their availability to provide an estimate of some repaired that I needed. They came out quickly to look at my problem and gave me an estimate for the repairs that needed to be made. The estimate was VERY reasonable and I think that it was probably the best out of most plumbers that I have used in the past. They scheduled a time to come to my home and replace my sewage line from my house across my yard and to the street. They showed up on time just as they said and finished the job a little early which was great and the whole time that I was out side with them, they were so polite and well mannered and made me feel important which was great!!! They also thanked me for my business which was a good feeling because most plumbers that I have had in the past usually made me feel like just another job and money was more important.     Our Primery AC Drain got glogged and water was triping from the secondary drain our side. First thing that came to mins was to call an AC repair company. The came and after working for hours told us the main drain to the sewer had to be cleaned (This was after charging us $450), and we need to get a plumber. So we called Moc plumbing and they came the next day and resolved the problem, also did additional repairs to the piping so this would not hapen again. WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM FIRST!!! Awsome!
