Called Dan, spoke with him about my microwave issue and needing an outlet added. Even though he was not available for another week or so to come out he took time out of his day to explained what needed to be done if I was to go with someone else since he was not available today. Mr. DuBois provided excellent customer service. He was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing and why. I had an emergency outage situation due to a failure in my electrical panel. He was able to work me into his cusotmer load that day and resolve my problem quickly. His rates are great.
