We had our Generator installed three years ago. The sales process ran very smooth -- they will only sell the Generator. If you need gas/propane you will deal directly with Gas company like Amerigas. This was OK as you will save $$$ doing it this way. No issues with coordination of the two. Only delay was Covid related for getting a 22kw unit from Generac. Installation was smooth. Inspection passed first try like it should. Service has been good. We have needed the generator for twice for long outages where we had a neighborhood wildfire and it burnt several power poles and the second where a tree fell knocking out power to 78 homes. Service was out for 4 and 8 hours. Highly recommend Sam Crane and their team.We continue to have them maintain the generator and service including warranty response has been excellent.

Power went out and generator transferred but no power. One of us is oxygen dependent 24/7 so we were worried.I called them and they said someone will be there shortly. Troy arrived with 30 minutes or so ( we used a small battery concentrator ) and found a fuse blew. To be safe he replaced both fuses, tested the system multiple times and it worked perfectly.When we signed a service agreement with them we explained the oxygen use. They told us no to worry they will be there when we needed and THEY WERE.Highly recommend the company, shout out to Troy. They will be there when you need them

Ive been a customer of Always Ready Generators since 2021. We have continued renewing our preventative service agreement One thing I have to say about the Always Ready Generator company is the office staff, service manager and each technician weve met and had are polite, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I occasionally have had the opportunity to be home when the tech arrives to do my semi-annual service. Our latest service tech was Luis and it was a pleasure to watch him work on our generator with confidence, knowledge, and authority. He asked me how our generator was performing and if there were any issues or questions. I did mention my 22Kw generator performs flawlessly.My WiFi at the generator was showing 16%~20% or less initially and was dropping connection about every 3 days after a reconnect. I have struggled over the years with the onboard Wifi dropping connection even with the extender I installed and thought was placed effectively between the modem and generator. Luis said lets see how we can fix this. I picked Luis brain and together Luis downloaded and installed the latest updates. I went and repositioned my Wifi extender to a better line of sight location. That was because I have a lot of commercial storage racking in the garage which I felt was creating a FARADAY cage effect. Im now going on 2 weeks with a definitively stronger and consistent Wifi signal 62%~70% at the generator and that now provides a very stable connection to the MOBILE -LINK app.Thank you, Grant for always being at the end of the phone. Also, being patient with this left-brained and grateful customer. When Im asked anything about my generator or other GENERAC questions. I have and will always highly recommend GENERAC brand and ALWAYS READY GENERATORS of Stuart.as my dealer.

Our generator had recently been installed, but we had an issue with a power outage at our house. We were having a birthday celebration starting at 6 oclock. 62 people due to arrive. Our power went out at 10 minutes after five. The generator ran for a few moments and quit. We called Sam and he rushed to our house and dealt with the problem. This was far beyond the call of duty!
