    What a wonderful company to do business with! From beginning to end it was an easy, informative, well run effort to install my generator. David Kay the owner and engineer met with me to decide on the logistics, he was impressive with his knowledge and his manner. Noel my point person in the office always returned my calls and gave me the info I asked for within short order. My install guys were THE BEST! What a great, 5 star operation!!     Great people and service from the inception of the call till the job was done on time. They took care of everything including permits. Price was the best around and we were impressed with how well it all went. David and his crew, especially Noel are the best. I wish all companies communicated this well with their clients.

    Kay Generator is highly recommended! Great price, installation, communication, etc. In addition, David Kay is an electrical engineer, and really knows what he is doing in a big way. I shopped around quite a bit before I settled on Kay Generator company for my 26KW Generac. They also supply gas tanks and gas connection, which is a big plus. Most of the other companies dont do this!! 😊

    Working with Kay for a standby generator was great. They made the process easy and the technicians cleaned up everything and explained everything. David went through everything at turn up and it worked perfectly. Noel in the office was attentive and answered questions very quickly. Glad we went with Kay and I highly recommend them.

    I found Kay Generator through Home Depot-I was unsure what I would get through a Home Depot recommendation from Home Depot- I was more than pleasantly surprised. I called received an email from then stating they would call- They ACTUALLY called! came to my home- gave me a complete all in estimate(I live in a flood zone) we accepted the estimate and within days we were installed. Frank & Tony the installers were the best sub-contactors I have ever dealt with (I have owned 3 homes over 30 years) The best experience I have ever had- I highly recommend Kay Generators.

    We recently had a storm and of course a power outage followed...since I take care of my elderly sick mom not having power at any time is not an option - so when Generac sent Kay my way not only were they efficient and quick, David the owner was kind and professional and so were his installers. I have not had the opportunity to use the generator yet but I am sure I am in safe good hands! Good work Kay!!!

    Absolutely spectacular....these guys really came through from day one..... Estimate date, arrived as expected...install date, had the permits, had all the stuff with them...just smooooooth sailing and totally worth every penny. The peace of mind, knowing these guys were on the job is worth it all. I have absolutely NO complaints...they are 10 stars if I had the opportunity to do so...
