    I can’t say enough about Mike McCormack and the team at McCormack Builders after completing an end to end luxury rebuild of my mid-century modern home in Lexington, MA. In just 11 months, McCormack went from tearing down a failing structure and foundation to a move-in ready modern, luxury, rebuild that has impressed and excited friends and family alike.Mike and his team of carpenters - especially Dan - they do amazing work that is second to none, from the exterior soffits and trim, the rounded and interlocking Douglas fir accents, to the incredible mid-century modern trim throughout the home.Further, the McCormack team brings care and creativity to every aspect of the build - including the custom built fireplace and framing surround that Mike designed from scratch to accommodate a modern oversized fireplace and built in cabinet TV nook. A testament to Mike’s passion and work ethic is his desire to get in the mix right alongside his team. He’s a player/coach - and that makes his advice and input throughout the project ALL the more valuable.I also want to give a shout out to all of Mike’s dedicated subcontractors but most importantly, I want to thank the two people without whom this project may never have come to fruition, my designer, Jim Parker at JH PARKER DESIGNS, and the McCormack Builder PM on my project, Ryan Donahue. I knew the entire time that I could rely on these two professionals to keep my project moving and on time.I can’t say enough about my beautiful new home, the quality of the build, and the promises made and kept allowing me to move into my new home with my children in time to enjoy most of the Start of their sophomore and junior years at LHS is our new home.If you’re looking for a professional team for a luxury build that will be second to none in both quality and execution, look no further than McCormack Builders.Thanks again team!Seamus

    We used McCormack Builders for several projects. They came in and repaired the outside siding on our house. They took a thoughtful approach and made sure to walk us through it and explained the proposal. They came in on time and budget and the quality of the work was amazing. We loved them so much that we brought them back to help us remodel our home office, which involved carpentry, cabinetry, electrical and Ethernet. Again blown away by the quality. They were on time and budget. The thing that gets lost in working with McCormack are the high quality individuals. They are thoughtful, respectful and very knowledge about their work. We would use them for any project we would have at any time. I would strongly recommend you meeting with them for any project.

    We have used the services of Mc Cormack Builders several times in the Boston area.Initially they completely rebuilt our house and remodeled it inside for two families. Mike is a pro we can count on. His team is dependable. We also hired them at two different places where they worked on the siding and on the roof to fix damages from a big storm. We recommend McCormack Builders for all the construction work and definitely for carpentry inside and outside.

The project had many constraints including parking, building access and timing. The entire team worked well with the limitations of city construction and with precision and competence.     McCormack Builders just completed a rebuild of our basement and Im absolutely thrilled with the results! We suffered a flood and everything in the basement needed to be torn down to the studs and rebuilt. There were major plumbing, HVAC, and electrical layout changes which totally redesigned our space for the better. Mike McCormack & his amazing team of craftsmen performed every aspect of our job wonderfully; from design to execution to the final touch ups! As in many projects, there were unforeseen difficulties & challenges due to the original construction of the home and Mike & his team responded promptly and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure to work with McCormack Builders; they were in our home for many months and not once did it feel intrusive. Every day the job site was cleaned and left safe & orderly. Most importantly, Mike kept us informed and involved every step of the way and came in on budget and AHEAD of schedule! Nothing but high praise for McCormack Builders!

    Mike and his team are outstanding to work with. We did a large home renovation in 2019 and have zero regrets in working with Mike. We moved out but came by the site often. We were always welcome to look around and ask questions. Mike was always on time for meetings and up front about changes we asked for. He and his team cant be beat with their attention to detail and quality standards. I would hire them again without hesitation.
