    Weve had nothing but good experiences with JMR. We first reached out about a fairly significant troubleshooting/rewiring project about a year ago. Since then, weve gotten two more electrical projects done and both times we didnt hesitate to go straight to JMR again! Weve always been pleased with the work experience and final product.The whole team is respectful and communicative - I particularly appreciate that Ed and Guy are always willing to answer questions and make sure expectations are clear. Pricing is clear and reasonable, work is tidy and well executed.

    We recently had JMR Electric Group install an oven for our cafe, and we couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Guy and Charlie did an amazing job from start to finish.     JMR Electric rewired my entire house and did all the electrical work during a full gut renovation. They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable about the best placement and selection of lights and outlets and made sure everything was placed perfectly with a laser. They also wired my house for ridiculously fast Internet. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with, and I definitely recommend them.

    Jeff and the rest of his team do great work. They did a 200A service upgrade for us, which ended up being complicated for reasons beyond their control, but the work was done promptly and professionally and most importantly they kept us informed of progress and always responded very quickly. Every member of their team is attentive to details and willing to explain things and listen to concerns. Theyll be first on my list the next time I need some electrical work done.

    Jeff cares about what he does and it shows in his finished product. On all of our projects (three projects to date) Jeff has taken the time to draw his own lighting layout, suggest fixtures, and suggest edits as he and his team execute the work.The JMR team is helpful, clean, and respectful. We have used three electrical contractors and JMR is light years (pun intended) ahead of the other two. We will continue to use JMR for our future electrical projects. My wife and I give our highest recommendation to Jeff and his crew.

    Jeff and his crew have worked on our house twice. Working with tradesmen of this caliber is a gift! Hes fair, transparent and does excellent work. No need to look further, JMR is a good as it gets!He helped us with redoing our electrical panel during our home renovation and then came back to help install lighting and TV/Sound system for our home office and living room. Set up new LED lights in our basement, as well.

    JMR Electric has outstanding workmanship. We called on them when we had a tree pull our electrical box off of our house during a wind storm. They came in an emergency situation and got us up and running within hours. They truly care about the customer and the work that is needed and what has to be done for the safety of the home. They were prompt, tidy and communicated in a top notch manner. We are very happy that we chose JMR Electric Group.

    JMR Electric did very a very professional and on-time upgrade of our electric service for the two-family we live in, increasing both units to 200 amps. They also removed all remaining knob-and-tube wiring from the basement and the other unit.We will gladly hire them again for future work.

    We hired JMR to replace and upgrade lighting in our basement and add a couple receptacles. Every step of the way was painless from scheduling and performing the initial walkthrough and estimate to the work being completed. The team showed up on time when scheduled, the quality of the work and team that was here was outstanding, very professional and they finished in less time than anticipated/estimated. Without even needing to ask the final billing was prorated based on the time on site. Would recommend to anybody looking to have work done at their home, great experience and would absolutely use them again.

    I had some work done on my Home in Watertown and hired JMR Electric to do the work. It was to replace a panel from 100amp to 200 Amp so there was extensive work on top of a lot of small jobs like adding plug sockets and replacing switches. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them. Their guys that came to my home were friendly, punctual and left the place as they got it.

    So happy I got to work with Ed and his team. Communicative. Thorough. Courteous. And this was all before the team arrived at my home. The chandelier looks amazing. They gave amazing suggestions on which types of bulbs I needed to set the best mood for the dining area and even went to get the correct bulbs. To top it off, one of the electricians suggested that a dimmer might be even more what Im looking for to have more even more control, went to his truck, found a dimmer switch that matched the decor, and installed it. It was that extra step to make sure that I got my home to look the way I wanted it to that makes me happy to recommend JMR. They cared about the work, and took pride in it, but they cared equally about what it is that I was going for.

The two electricians who came did a very thorough evaluation and were able to locate the problem readily. They were both courteous and professional.     I have used JMR numerous times on multiple properties. They have earned my trust to make recommendations, both on design and energy consumption. It can be worrisome if you cant trust your electrician on what needs to be done, especially with everything changing to electrical these days. These guys are professional, trustworthy and highly skilled. Not an average company or service, so I will continue to use them and recommend them!
