If youre interested in gaining either basic or extensive knowledge about electrical motors, ACE Electric Motor & Pump Courses has everything you need! I attended a course to learn the basic mechanics of motors and their operation, and I was amazed by the depth and quality of the information provided. I started with no knowledge, but by the end of the course, I had a solid understanding of motor operations and maintenance. The best aspect of these courses is that theyre taught by Josh Iris, the President of the company. Having him as the instructor means you get firsthand, unlimited knowledge directly from an expert. If you need a hands-on demonstration, Josh can show you in his shop. The workshops are excellent, featuring live motors that you can examine and test, which makes the material much more comprehensible. They also provide lunch and snacks—not just cheap sandwich platters, but top-quality food chosen by the class. My overall experience was 10/10, and I highly recommend these courses if youre looking to learn about AC or DC motors. Finally, when the course concludes, you leave with valuable formula cheat sheets and course information. Josh even gives you his business card and encourages you to call him for troubleshooting or any questions you might have in the field. Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service!

As a business that relies on motors and pumps (repairs or new). We always call Tammy Carson at Ace electric. Tammy and the staff are always so helpful at finding motors and pumps. Their repair service done in a timely manner. Our maintenance staff take advantage of their training program. If you need a motor or pump call Tammy at Ace Electric, she is always there to help. she will pick up and deliver.

Had a old reliance motor that needed to get swapped out. Don and ruben helped me find a replacment via email. Went the next morning purchased it from Mike with ease. Adam helped me switch over the base plate and pulley to the new motor as well. Everyone one was really helpful. Would highly recommend

It seems to me when I go into Stockton it is like visiting the ruins of a once great industrial city that has lost its purpose...,a city that once could fabricate or fix anything. Yet, still standing from that time is Ace Electric Motor & Pump, a type of shop common in my youth. Whatever you walk in with, nothing will surprise them. I travel an hour each way because it is worth it to deal with these people, because if it can be done, they can do it, and do it right, and if it shouldnt be done, they will tell you that to. The price will be right because everything is done in house. If you want it done without screwing around, this is the place.

Our refrigeration department uses Ace Electric for all of our motors and laser alignments.Their staff is phenomenal. I worked with Chris McGovern on a couple of alignments in the past few weeks, he did an awesome job. He is very fast an efficient. Anyone who has had the pleasure (not)of doing alignments knows how grueling and expensive they can be if someone doesn’t know what they are doing. Chris knocked them out quick, saved us money and I was able to get my refrigeration systems back on line without any product loss. Thanks for a great job ! Lovotti inc.

Their customer service is best of best. They give extra ordinary care to the customer. Today, Friday, I had to shutdown my restaurant due to the breakdown of hood fan motor. It is before Labor day long weekend and I couldnt find the motor fits in my place. But they did. They did extensive one and half hour search and gave me the information of matching motor. I am going to pick it up tomorrow morning and I can open the restaurant tomorrow Thank! Thank you so much!

We recently had a very old motor installed on our boat elevator at Delta Boat Works that decided to die on us. of course while we had boats and projects stacked up ready to go!The shop we used to use is now closed so we ended up finding Ace Electric through a google search and they were close enough to us that we decided to go with them.We got the motor to them and under an emergency contract to get this fixed. Within a day or so they told me that their was no hope in fixing the old one, I think the way it was worded was it is not economically suitable which made me giggle.Be that as it may, Martie and I began to talk about options and within a day or so she had sourced a motor and through various calls and emails confirming dimensions and everything else we went with it. She was super helpful through it.We got it here about a week later. and had our handy man try to install of which... that didnt end well. We were concerned that it got fried. We take it out, take it back and within a couple hours Martie calls me back with good news and a couple jokes.We gave up and had on of their Techs come out. Chris was here the next morning!Chris was great! He was quick, cautious, and very knowledgeable! After a few minutes here he loosened up a bit and even cracked a few jokes during the visit, which made it fun to boot! At the end he explained what he did, so we know better what to look for. (Were not trying again though... lol)Your team has been nothing less than the pinnacle of professionalism, and that is very much appreciated and a breath of fresh air! Thank you all for your help and quick support in this matter!I can assure you we will look no where else when dealing with these kinds of things! Great job!!!

Martie and John were awesome. They were able to schedule a last minute service for our breathing apparatus compressor and John had it fixed within about a half hour! Martie made invoicing quick and simple. Definitely recommend!

Impressed with the crew here. I dropped of a pool pump motor yesterday morning that had been banged up via UPS - they were all tied up, so the shop gentleman I would get called back. Chris called me around 1pm and we went through the standard rates and what an estimate might look like, which would have been over the cost of a new motor. I went down there around 4 with the intent to take it back and deal with the damage claim etc - Chris took a quick look at the problem - a busted capacitor and switch, a got me out of there for the price of the parts and I will change out myself. If they help out a homeowner w/ a chump change problem, I bet they are top notch with their major business accounts. Good local business.

Everyone was great from the fab shop to the office. Had a part that needed to be fabricated, they slid me in-between all their other work and finished in a couple hours at a price that could have been just about anything as I needed the part but was way more than fair. You could spend your time surfing around, or get down to ACE and get back up and running.

I have a 60-year-old engine lathe that would not start. I had requests service from more than 6 Licensed electric contractors. None were willing to investigate. When I contacted Ace, they assigned Jose. Jose performed several tests and identified a failed make before break feature of the start switch. He contacted Allen-Bradley for a replacement and was quoted $2500 its discontinued. Jose found a simple solution utilizing the original switch. The lathe operates reliably now.

Very fast service and great communication. I got a motor damaged from one of our main production lines and Ace Electric was able to fix pretty fast. Expert advise and good service, Eric followed up with updates and he even spoke with the external electrician that initially diagnosed the failure mode in my plant, making the repair more efficient.I will definitely continue doing bussines with Ace Electric.Thank you.
