Im very pleased with Boelcke. They installed a new water heater for me and took away my old, leaky, rusty one. They were professional and respectful of my walls, floor and belongings. Service was completed within a few days of my call, and only took about an hour. A veteran employee was training a newer one, giving him great tips and advice. They cleaned everything up and even put my ironing board back where I had it. Super nice!

Boelckes was amazing!! We had 6+ inches of water in just over an hour and didnt realize our sump pump had failed. Our finished basement was a wet mess. We called Boelckes at 10:30 Saturday morning and a technician, Bryce, arrived by 11 with a new replacement sump pump. One of the best sounds in the world is a sump pump running after your basement is flooded. Thank you Bryce and Boelckes!!!

Great experience with Boelcke Heating & Air Conditioning! Had a clogged drain and disposal. Sandy answered the phone and immediately dispatched Trevor to come take a look. He quickly discovered a breaker was tripped and big pieces of food were stuck in the disposal. He was polite, helpful and fixed it all up fast. Boelcke was hired by the company that installed our generator to run the gas line. I was pleased with their quality of work so when I had a resent gas line issue I called them. It was a very positive experience from the first call. They were able to get me scheduled the next day and showed up within the time frame given. The gas company discovered 4 very small leaks. The technician JT went right to work replacing and repairing what was needed. The whole process was about 3 hours and we were up and running. I found his work professionally done and the price fair. They will be my go to contractor in the future.

Weve been using Boelcke to service our furnace and air conditioner for several years now. Ben Anderson has come out several times to perform regular maintenance and his attitude, expertise, and customer focused personality are all top notch. Others we have worked with at Boelcke exhibit very similar traits.Last year, during a maintenance check, Boelcke discovered our furnace had a carbon monoxide leak, forcing the shutdown of the system in the early winter. The guys at Boelcke stepped up to help us by having a person out the next day to share options for correcting the problem. We decided to replace the furnace and to minimize our discomfort, Boelcke re-arranged their schedule to ensure the old furnace was removed and the new unit was installed and fully operational within 48 hours. This type of responsiveness is truly exceptional and is an example of the reason we continue to work with Boelcke.

Boelke Heating responded to an emergency call to repair our broken vacation home heating system - the house temperature was 40 degrees. The first technician identified the problem and offered a single item solution or the possibility of total furnace replacement. A second technician arrived that afternoon to prepare an estimate of the replacement cost. Upon choosing a replacement, a proposal was prepared and explained. The service manager revised the replacement schedule and a new furnace was installed the next day. Space heaters were provided as a temporary solution to below zero outdoor temperatures. Two days later I inspected the furnace and found complete satisfaction with its installation and operation. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and solution provided by the Boelke professionals. I had my 45-year-old furnace replaced, and while it took two weeks to get it installed due to their being very busy, they did a wonderful job in replacing it, cleaning up, and explaining to me how to change the filter and how to often to do so. They were professional, friendly, and trustworthy. The next week, I needed to replace yet another furnace at a rental house, and they were prompt, got the job done much more quickly than even they had anticipated would be possible, and I was very satisfied with their services. The office manager is always friendly and helpful, and its nice to work with a company who knows me when I come in to the business. Great company to work with!

Had Boelcke replace our 30yr old electric furnace with a new heat pump system. The initial install had some issues, but they were quick to come out and address them, with a thorough fix. It did not seem like they were trying to take shortcuts even though we had already paid in full. They had not initially realized that our air intakes were insufficient, and they installed new air intakes in our home free of charge. They seem very motivated to keep you happy, if anything were to go wrong in the coming years I feel confident that they will be ready to address the issue (and enforce the 10 year warranty we have on the product, typically I find that the commitment for those wanes quickly).
