Our water heater kicked the bucket on Monday morning. We called Scott at Advanced that afternoon, and Tyler was here within a few hours. He confirmed we needed a replacement and removed the old unit while we discussed replacement options. The new heater was up and running by Wednesday night. Tyler gave us maintenance info, and confirmed that everything was working before leaving. He was respectful, professional, and took care and time to do the job right. Found the pricing to be reasonable given the upgrade to a tankless unit. I will be calling Advanced for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you guys!

We had a clogged sewer line… So we thought. A different company tried to rod the line and informed us they hit something solid and there was no way to rod thru it. After a day of digging myself and having no toilets or drainage. I decided to call advanced plumbing. They came out immediately on a Saturday, made backhoe operation look easy, and found the old clay pipe crushed. Within a few hours the pipes were fixed and the hole was filled. Service at its best! Highly recommend advanced plumbing!

Ron at Advanced was recommended by our water tester to help with a repair of a water supply to one of our condo units. The water was coming out of the ground and running like a river. We just had this repaired days ago by another company. Ron came out with his crew on Sunday and had the job taken care of within four hours, where the other company took multiple days. He even put in shutoff valves so we could turn off buildings without shutting down our entire water system. Very good work and saved the holiday weekend for our community. Would recommend him to anyone.

Scott and Tyler were responsive to my outreach and came to fix the plumbing issue in my home the same day. As I told Tyler, Advanced Plumbing are my people for any projects that are plumbing related.Just a warning: do not hire a handyman or anyone who is not a licensed plumber. You may get scammed, lose money, precious time, and in the end have to call a bonafide plumber to resolve your issue anyway.

I didnt have to wait for days for them to come out either - they were courteous, professional, down to earth, and were very fair about what they charged me. The best money Ive spent this week! Our hot water heater went out on Sunday afternoon and we were able to book and emergency appointment the next morning between 8-10am. Absolutely fantastic! Courteous, clean, on time, and knowledgeable. I had to call on a Sunday for a plumbing emergency, and was able to schedule something right away. Any question I had was answered in detail, and I was not sold or pressured into getting anything I didnt need. Pricing was more than reasonable. Although quite late for the appointment window Tyler from advanced was very proactive in fixing a few leaky pipes in hard to access locations. The company was apologetic for the timing.The first agent hired backed away from the problem. Tyler attacked it! Quality work thats worth the wait!

We had a lot of water coming in to our finished basement and did not know what to do. Every place we called wanted anywhere between 10 and 20 thousand. But Ron and his workers came in said this is all we need to do put in a sub pump (we did not have one). Even though they could not say with a 100% that would fix the problem. Within a month our basement was dry and it has been almost a year since the problem started and we have not had any trouble since.As a business owner myself I will highly recommend Rons business. They are ever good at what they do.

3pm on a Friday and I had almost fixed my small leaky single handle shower when I tried to turn a pipe that isnt supposed to turn in an attempt to remove the last section of the cartridge. Boom! Nice spray from behind the shower stall and down the inside wall into the basement.I shut off all the water to the house and called Advanced Plumbing, fearing the worst which I knew just occurred.Since I let them know the water was off and it wasnt an emergency they were able to send a Plumber out the next day, Saturday at Noon.My Plumber Tim was on time and I showed him my handiwork. He inspected it and knew exactly what was wrong.Tim did the work he described in less than his estimated time and I was only charged for his actual time. The price was more than fair for his expertise.Tim from Advanced Plumbing fixed my problem professionally, courteously and quickly.I do recommend calling Advanced Plumbing if you are in need.

Story begins with an old house with old plumbing. Combination of galvanized and copper, tangled forty some years ago, when the old house was divided into an upper and lower apartment. Plumbing was a tangled mess in an amateur attempt to provide individual water supply for each floor. Water heater on the second floor and a water heater in the basement.Hot water to the second-floor kitchen sink from the water heater on the second floor, hot water first went down into the basement into the tangle across the basement then back up to the second-floor kitchen. Time and gallons of water down the drain waiting for hot water to make the long trip to the kitchen sink.The necessity of a more efficient water supply in addition to the aging water heaters started this project. Walked through the house with four plumbers over the last year, two suggested replacing the water heaters and leaving all else in place, one plumber thought he could move the second-floor water heater to the basement and his high estimate carried a clause that stated any unexpected circumstance would be additional cost, I do not think he wanted the job.Ron, Advanced Plumbing suggested replacing both water heaters with a Navien on- demand water heater and replacing all exposed galvanized plumbing with new PEX Tubing. Eliminate the inefficiency of two old water heaters, eliminate the corroded galvanized plumbing and his quote was in same range as the other three.The day began early, Ron and Dave quick to work with fun and easy plumbing tools they cut and carried piles of old plumbing out of the basement. Removed water heaters, replaced broken / stuck shut off valves from the city water meter to the kitchen sinks. They worked through the day into the evening, they stayed on task until we had hot and cold water flowing through the new pipes, long day ended 8p.They came back the next day, too much old plumbing to take away in one trip. Checked everything, cleaned up, repaired basement sump- pump connection and plumbed in furnace and wash machine drains.Ron’s experience provided an efficient creative solution to an old and tangled problem. We have hot water everywhere, improved water pressure through the whole house, no exposed corroded clogged galvanized pipes, a single high- efficiency water heater, happy, happy, happy.Thank you Ron and Dave.Kevin ParkinsSt Joseph MI

Its on me and the experience left me a sour taste about it. Highly recommended! I received great service and they were reasonably priced. I had to purchase a new washing machine and the eco friendly model needed to have cold water running to it. The valve was broke on that pipe. I called Advanced Plumbing and they were there within a few hours, determined what parts they needed, gave me a quote and were back and had it fixed within no time.
