I am so happy with my new deck. Ed was great to work with. I had a 28 year old deck full of holes and a canopy structure attached. He listened to my concerns and offered his expertise are reassurance that it could be done. I was amazed as he and his helper Bill removed the old deck and replace it with the new one without any issues. They were very pleasant to work with.

We couldn’t be happier with Profile Construction! We knew when we met Ed Kopp we found our guy to build the deck we had long been waiting for. He is not only confident and knowledgeable in his work but also very professional and an all around great guy to work with. He was so patient in answering all our questions and listened to our concerns. Ed’s work ethic is very admirable! He’s a man of his word and can be trusted. His reputation is pristine—everyone I spoke with loves Ed! He has a great rapport with our township building department, and inspections went smoothly. We highly recommend Profile Construction!

My whole experience with Profile Construction was phenomenal! From the very first contact with Ed, I knew I was working with a very knowledgeable and professional builder. I had many questions, concerns and uncertainties when it came to decisions about the deck, and Ed was extremely helpful and patient while guiding me through the whole process. He took care of everything and made it easy to have complete confidence in him. It was very apparent that his utmost concern was making sure I was happy and giving me everything I wanted in a deck. Every detail was done to my wishes, and exactly as promised.Ed was excellent with communication and always kept me informed of such things as the status of the permit, approval, inspections, special order items, and his schedule.Ed and Bill arrived promptly every morning and worked extremely hard til end of day without so much as a break. They went above and beyond to do whatever they could to make sure I was a happy customer. They cleaned up the yard when they were done and washed down my beautiful new deck so that it was “move in” ready.But that’s not the whole story . . . Truth is, these two guys were a pleasure to have around, and at the end of the job I was really sad to see them go.Of course I absolutely love my new deck and am proud to show it off.
