Came out was scheduled between 2 and 6 actually was able to get to my home at 1 30. Very fast and efficient at cleaning my sewer drain that was backing up. The worker explained everything he was doing was honest about everything. Overall amazing service.

Blake came to clear our plugged drain. He showed up on time, inspected the issue and listened to me. Gave me an estimate of different things he could do to address the issue. After agreeing on a plan he was able to unplug the drain, finding a blockage some 70 feet out and found tree roots on the snake. He then put a cutter on and sent back to make sure it was as open as it could be. He as very courteous and professional. I would recommend them for any drain issues you may have.

They came right on time! Kitchen sink stopped draining, bathtub stopped draining. They were at my home within a few hours and got everything fixed QUICK. I believe his name was Matt. And did their best to give me the best deal. I truly appreciate it!

I flew from CA in to help my aging aunt here in Michigan. Upon arrival, I discovered that she had a totally clogged bathroom sink, totally clogged shower and needed a new toilet and garbage disposal. Not only was I amazed that y’all would get someone out there the same day to take a look, but Matt completed the entire job within just a few hours! I’ve not been to Michigan in 25 years so I am unfamiliar with the area much less who to call for home repairs and RotoRooter is definitely a familiar name you can trust to get the job done efficiently and at a reasonable cost.
