    Okay I need to share this. Master plumbing came out today to fix our bathroom sink that had cracked. I cant believe how fast they got here and the communication was excellent. They sent out Jim colburn to take care of the issue and boy was he a good hire for the company.Jim was very professional and friendly and efficient. He did an excellent job.     Jim Colburn was absolutely fantastic! We have owned our home for about 2 months and have zero experience with tankless water heaters. It threw an error code and quit producing heat, so Master Plumbing sent Jim out. He figured out how to fix the issue before the customer service on the phone for the heater got him through the cue. He was super cognizant of how much time this could take and was up front with me about budget. I really appreciate his clarity, friendless, promptness, and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend Jim Coburn at Master Plumbing. He was a superhero for me today!

    We used Master Rooter to clean out a portion of irrigation pipe in our gravity-fed water distribution system in our subdivision that had a blockage. Not only did the technician (Frank) keep at it until the job was complete using his ultra high-pressure water jet (making several passes through the pipe in both directions), but helped us clean up all the shrapnel resulting from breaking up a 1/2 thick piece of wafer board (OSB), rock, and debris that had become lodged in the pipe. Master Rooter has the people and equipment to get the job done! Frank was particularly cordial to work with, and would highly recommend him should you need the services of both he and his truck!

    Austin was amazing! He was helpful and honest, understanding of costs and asked my permission before starting any work. He let me know beforehand what the cost would be so that I wouldn’t be surprised. He fixed everything with my dishwasher and toilet fast and walked me through how to avoid it in the future. 10/10 would recommend Master Plumbing and Austin as your plumber 👍🏻

    We had no hot water so I called Master Plumbing. They sent a plumber out that day. Jim C. (the plumber) determined that our current hot water heater was beyond repair. So he installed a new one same day. That was 8 months ago. Its still working great for us.

    Technician arrived on time and went through the extra hoop of getting on the phone to get authorization from our home insurance company since we are out of their contractor network. Replaced our disposal quickly. No issues getting a digital invoice when calling later. Easy to do business.

    Had two tubs that did not hold water....come to find out the original builder did not put any puddy between the drain and decorative ring. Thank you Hayden Homes. So Austin fixed them and even went below my house to make sure tubs were not leaking in any manner. Tubs not leaking but found a tone of water under the house with lots of gushy ground and mineral build up - inspector did not note such when I bought the house. Next time I will use my own inspectors. So frustrating. Austin was courteous and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Master Plumbing.

    Responsive. From the time I made the call to Master Rooter It took the total of three hours which called for locating the tank, pumping out the refuse of a 1000 gallon tank, Repairing the drain and neatly covering the tank. Excellent Job performed by Frank.
