Nicest service weve ever had. Some might see this review and think it might be an exaggeration, however believe me, it is not. I never do reviews and felt the need to rant about the amazing work of Cherry Plumbing & Rooting.First, the women answering the phones was the nicest person weve had the opportunity to speak to. She kept us informed and knew exactly what was going on. Our water heater needed replaced owner came out, checked it out, provided the information we needed, let us know once he got approval from our rental agency, and scheduled a time to come out. He also kept us well informed throughout the entire process. When replacing the water heater, he gave us space and was also very friendly, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable in his craft.Thank you Cherry Plumbing & Heating for your amazing work!

I cant say enough Good things about Cherry plumbing. I called with a frozen pipe issue no running water and they were totally booked up, but when I explained our circumstances with a disabled mother in law they had the owner himself James, call me within a very short period of time of me calling,and he personally came over within 30 minutes of him calling me and fixed our frozen pipes. And added a valve to help us in the future with this issue we have had every year so we dont have to deal with this again and did not charge us very much for it .He was very reasonably priced and he went above and beyond.Highly recommend this company.

I have used Cherry Plumbing and Rooter several times. James Cherry is the owner, and he is very pleasant. He shows up on time and explains things to me. I like how he keeps things clean and cleans up after himself. He is very knowledgeable and he always gets the job fixed right. I definitely recommend him!

Dont go anywhere else! I called Still and Perfect and their price was Robbery. Literally criminal. Amazed how these other people sleep at night. Well go with Cherry and you get home town Idaho service at a reasonable cost. Dont let Idaho down. Boost up these smaller businesses that still respect their clients.
