Our home had a wholesome experience with Scott Harrison Plumbing getting our 20+ years old water heater replaced. Was troubled upon finding leak coming from inside and even when water supply was shut off. But call with Shannon was pleasant. Eta and service time was spot on. Bert, our technician, was informative, and his explanations appreciated. We had called for a handful of on-site estimates, and the price points were not too far apart, but Bert left us the most candid (and I put that in the best way) impression. Overall, a painless experience!

First I called for a quote and spoke with Shannon who was very professional and helpful answering all my questions and taking time to give me the information I needed. I requested a technician to show up at my home and to give me a quote on some work hoping that I could get an appointment quickly. Shannon assured me that she would expedite my request and sure enough Bert, an expert technician showed up at my home within 90 minutes of my call. Bert was very polite and kind while inspecting my tankless water heater and made some very helpful suggestions for improvements along with a quote for replacement. He stayed for a while after he had finished the quote as we discussed other options. All in all I was very pleased with the complete experience and will recommend Scott Harrison Plumbing and Heating to friends and relatives.

I called them to help fix a broken water heater. They were helpful and communicative from the onset of my interaction with them, which is a huge plus in my book. Bert arrived and was very helpful and professional. He installed the new pilot assembly quickly as well as gave me great advice on things to do to help keep my water heater in good shape, like flushing the tank on a yearly basis. If you’re looking for quality and dependable work, look no further. I’ve been relying on Scott Harrison Plumbing for almost two decades now. They are a family owned and operated business that has helped us out on many occasions. Our home was built in 1963 and we’ve naturally had our share of plumbing needs over the years. From leaking hose bibs, clogged drain lines, FAH repair, natural gas line connections and most recently a new kitchen sink and faucet. Our technician, Danny Castro, was everything I appreciate about this company. He was on time, very dependable, clearly experienced and friendly with every aspect of our installation from start to finish. They even went as far as sending over a great handyman to handle cutting and fitting the new counter for the sink. We literally cannot thank them enough for years and years of great service!

My gas wall furnace would not turn on even if the thermostat is switched on. Scott Harrison and Bert came in. Scott knows exactly what to adjust but he still told Bert what to look for in order to double check. After making adjustments in the pilot light and checking also the flue for possible blockage, everything looks in good order.A few months ago, Scott also checked the forced-air gas furnace in my other house that was for sale. He wrote in his report that the furnace is very old and is working exactly as designed. This saved me thousands because the house buyer claims that it was not working properly and wanted me to have a new furnace installed. It’s good to have Scoot do the inspection as he has over 40 yrs experience in the business.

We explained to him what the issue was and he was able to diagnose the problem and order the new stem/cartridges for the bathroom faucet. We also had him diagnose the diverter for the tub. Bert came back in two days to replace the cartridges and the faucet is working now. Thanks Bert and we will see you next time.

Saw that Yelp had some bad reviews but we had a great experience. We had an emergency that the plumbing service that our home warranty sent out that did not fix our problem.Jaymes came out and pretty much spent a few good hours to help fix our stoppage and was super nice even when it backed up again and soaked everything with sewage.I would definitely get these guys for future plumbing services.You do get mixed reviews but this company was a lifesaver for us.

I wanted to park my Ford Raptor four door pickup in my garage, but my washer and dryer were in the way. Another plumber wanted to break the cement floor and run a new drain line Costing thousands of dollars just for the drain. I told him I wanted to think about the move. I call Scott Harrison Plumbing for an estimate. Scott came out and personally figured a way to tie into the kitchen drain without breaking my garage floor. His plumbers do excellent work. Scotts experience was genius and saved me thousands. Idea men are rare.

Scott and his crew have worked for us many times. The first project they did a pipe location. When they pulled out the jack hammer to bust my floor out I was nervous, but they found the broken pipe. They did a great job. That was 11 years back. They have done many projects since then. Ive taken 3 estimates for a few projects and they come in the middle every time. After going to a big box store 11 years ago to get a hot water heater installed, the installer wanted to charge me extra to remove, and to construct a base. I told the installer to stop work, ASAP and please leave my garage.Frustrated, I looked across the street, and there was a Scott Harrison truck, just completing a job. I walked over and asked the technician what it would cost to install a hot water heater, and remove an old pedestal. He said he had to call his boss, to get the price correct, and came over to my garage 5 mins later and quoted me a price that was exactly the same as the big box, but there were no strings, or no up selling. I scheduled a hot water tank install on the spot.A few years later my wife and I moved to another condo, and the first thing we did was call Scott Harrison Plumbing to look at our existing AC & Hot Water heater. A day or so later Scott Harrison himself came out to our house, and looked at our condo, and said, yes we were badly in need of an AC unit ( it was the original unit from when the condo had been built in 1972 ) he suggested a few options, one of which was a slightly bigger system than what was installed, but would help us save money as it was much more efficient, and gave us the ability to run the furnace with out the compressor blowing, to bring in the outside air, and still stay cool. We also needed a new hot water heater badly. Scott installed the new Compressor and Furnace unit himself, and it still works very very well, and keeps us cool as well as keeping the cost of electricity bill reasonable.Jump ahead another 10 years, 2 toilet installs, and an instant hot, we called Scott Harrison to help us with a bathroom remodel so we can sell our condo. Once again Scott came out and gave us an estimate, and it was priced very reasonably, and he did not try to up sell, he kept our needs in mind while still making the bathrooms presentable, and looking new.We are in our new house, and once again we called out Scott Harrison to check out a leaky bathtub, and to install our newer dishwasher. The technician was professional, and the job was done right the first time. We will be adding a new bathroom, and a powder room to our new house as well as a kitchen remodel, and we will be calling Scott Harrison Plumbing and Heating to do the plumbing upgrades.I have to say with out hesitation, in our relationship over the past 14 years with Scott Harrison Plumbing and Heating has been excellent and we recommend him to anyone who asks.

Their over the phone customer service is top notch and their installation team is extremely professional and efficient.Our home, which we currently rent out to tenants, had the tankless water heater go down Friday evening. After giving a thorough and detailed diagnostic test the next day, the on site tech Stephen L shared with us the prognosis. Though the outcome was that it was in our best interest to replace the system entirely and get it up to code, we were confident that Stephens recommendation was fair and appropriate.They had the new system and parts ordered the following Monday and finished the total installation later that afternoon. Scott Harrison himself was on-site providing his expertise. I even had the pleasure of sharing an enjoyable conversation with Scott to top it off. I contacted Scott Harrison Plumbing at 8:00 am with a severely clogged drain. Shannon answered and told me that someone would be at my house between noon at 4:00 pm. Shannan then called back a while later and told me that the technician was running a little late and that she would call me when he was on his way. She called back shortly after 4:00 pm and told me he was on his way. Victor arrived a short time later. He checked the problem and tried unsuccessfully to unclog the drain (we knew there was a larger issue from a past experience). Victor then went under the house and replaced a union where several drains came together. This also did not fix the problem, but once the old fitting was removed, Victor knew it wouldnt work and there was a much worse problem with the pipe itself. As it was already 9:00 pm, we determined that this wasnt going to be fixed that night. He scheduled to come back the following morning to replace the pipe. All this and no overtime was charged!Victor came back the following morning with Josh. The two of them had the pipe replaced in couple of hours. They cleaned up so well you couldnt tell they had been there.Bottom line is you cant beat Scott Harrison Plumbing. By far, they have the best customer service Ive experienced in years! Theyre honest, efficient and clean. I highly recommend them for your next project!

Started of with Jaymes the first trip after talking to maker of water heater ordered parts. Part came in next day returned as promised went straight to work and then the nightmare happened the part didnt fix it. Even through frustration at least thats my guess I would have been frustrated we decided just to do the right thing and replace the water heater. Second guy by the name of Bert he was a great guy just like the first . They worked straight through worked hard its an amazing job looks great works great nothing but good things to say about both of them. I have a Hydronic Forced Air Heating System in my home. I went through 5 onsite & more than 10 phone calls with plumbing & HVAC companies. Out of all of those, only 1 said he could fix the unit. I was given a very high quote and then he (The owner of the company) disappeared, he would not return my phone calls or e-mail to schedule the service. I took this as a sign that this wasn’t the right company for the job. I found Scott Harrison by accident, he lives in an area I grew up in. I happened to be in the area and saw his truck in his driveway. I took down the number and gave his company a call. Professionalism right from the start, I spoke with Shannon H. who listened to my heating issue and gave me the reassurance that Scott Harrison who’s been in business 35 years, would definitely be able to fix my heater. A few days later, Scott came out to give me an estimate (His estimate was almost ½ of what the other company quoted me). He told me right away that he works on these types of heaters all the time, that their actually not inefficient like I had been told from other companies and that he could fix it with no problem.Shannon kept in touch with me, given that it was going to be an all day job & that Scott himself would be assisting with the repair. On 12-29-15, Javier H. showed up with booties for his feet and several drop cloths to protect all of the flooring (I really appreciated this). He told me he has 26 years of experience (16 of those with Scott Harrison Plumbing). He began his diligent work using a blow torch to cut out & replace all the old rotted piping, replacing valves & installing a new water heater. Scott arrived a little later and began meticulously going through a large cluster of wires that had been crammed up in the ceiling. He was able to save me several hundred dollars off his quote by determining that the low voltage wire (That the other company told me was shorted out & would have to be replaced) was intact. This was great news as it meant no holes cut in the ceiling, no patching or painting. A few hours later, the heater was working like a champ, blowing hot air through all the vents.In these days where it’s more, more, more, it’s comforting to hear Scott Harrison say “There’s no next customer until you’re completely satisfied!” I am & I recommend Scott Harrison Plumbing & Heating 100%. Daniel & Javier came out and did a great job with cutting old cast iron drains in the wall and rebuilding everything. The job was fast and efficient. A small leak was discovered that night and Bert came by to remedy. All these technicians know their stuff and, this is important to me, are not ARROGANT as has been my experience with other tradesmen. All were knowledgable and friendly and I so appreciate their expertise. The finished product is great, so much better drainage than weve had in years!!! Very impressed with Jaymes from Scott Harrison Plumbing. Jaymes came out on the trouble call (actually showed up early) and replaced the burner and pilot assembly. The metal screen over the burner baffles was torn and was causing the gas to escape and combust in the gas tube. He recognized that just from the video that I showed him of the symptoms I was experiencing that was what was going on and causing the fluttering flame. When he pulled the burner and pilot assembly out, sure enough, I saw the torn screen just as he predicted. He put in a new pilot and burner assembly and we are now good. Thanks for you support Jaymes! Very professional and certainly represents the Company well. Would definately recommend and use them again!
