    I had the unfortunate experience of having my AC go out during the summer and the heater go out during the winter. On both occasions I contacted Empire Plumbing. They were able to diagnose both problems and get the unit up and running. Their technician was very knowledgeable with the older unit I had and got it up and running. Once the unit was got going there were no issues afterwards. Their technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and I would recommend for any repairs on an AC unit.Thank you Empire and Nelson their technician.

    We have used Empire for many years now to install, service and maintain the wall heaters at our three California rental properties. They have always done an outstanding job, responding quickly whenever a unit has malfunctioned. We have reasonably priced maintenance agreements with them that renew every fall. If we havent called them, they call us with a reminder. For several years now weve had the same technician, Brad, do our inspections, which he must do well since we rarely have a problem once the tenants start using the units.Importantly, getting hold of them is easy and everyone who answers the phone actually does what they say they will do. And is nice to talk to as well.(We dont have them on our own house merely because were midwesterners, and it never gets cold enough here for us to turn on heat. We just throw on a sweater.)

    This is the second time I have used Empire in the last week for two completely separate AC units. They are fantastic! Both times Brian came out. He was on-time, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repaired quickly. Highly recommend!

    Our tenants had what ended up being a significant plumbing issue. Of course, I was informed on Super Bowl Sunday. First thing Monday morning I was on the case to resolve the issue. Empire Plumbing was the first to actually pick up the phone, they sent out a plumber right away to discover it wasnt just a typical sewer auger job.My plumber Stephan was very competent and took his time into deciphering what was wrong. The next day, he and his partner Mario were in the ground to discover a massive root ball which ruptured the clay pipe. A few hours later, I had new PVC piping and a clean out. Most importantly, I took care of our tenants in an expedited manner.Typically with jobs such as these, I get a couple bids to make sure the pricing is fair. Due to the situation, as well as Stephans competency and being able to get on the job right away, Empire was hired and they delivered.I can say with full confidence that I would have no hesitancy in hiring Empire to do future Plumbing work.Thanks Stephen, Mario, and Don.

    So many true, and great things to say about Empire. Today we had two potential issues at the house. The first was scheduled, to fix something that previous contractor had really botched. Roberto, Mario, and Keith were prompt, professional, helpful, and they took care of the repair completely. Later, we needed Colby to come by to help rule out another problem with different equipment.. He was also professional, and very patient with answering my questions. It’s really valuable to be able to trust Empire and its representatives this much. Highest recommendations, and thank you, Empire.

    We decided to replace our old HVAC system and shopping around obtained a few Quotes and we came across Empire Services which was well within our Budget. That was replacing the entire HVAC system (AC, Heater and the Compressor and replacing All Attic Ducts and the Registers). After, Levin completed our paperwork, they scheduled the Crew, and although the estimated time to complete the project was for four Days the entire project was completed in just One and a Half days. We were Pleasantly Surprised. Our sincere Thank You to the Team namely, Levin, William, Lance, Robert and Mario and the rest of the team working behind the scene. Most importantly respecting our property and for their professionalism. They are Pros in the Trade. No hesitation in recommending Empire Services.     I called empire minutes before they closed the day before my appointment and they were able to accommodate me for a morning appointment the following day.I was called and texted to confirm appointment and given an ETA for the tech.The tech, Brian Enell, arrived on time.     I Wish I could give these guys a 7 stars because they certainly deserve it. I called for an issue with my fireplace gas valve which I thought needed replacement, They showed up within 1 hour, Steve looked at the issue and did some troubleshooting and found out no need for a replacement and did not even charge any fees for his time. Ethical, honest workers and companies like that are a rarity.

    I am so pleased and thankful for Empire! Donald and Brian are professional and helpful. Brian answered all of my questions (patiently because there were a lot!) and explained his answers politely. It was the hottest week of summer yet and we were saved from melting by Empire’s team. They were very responsive and it was easy to schedule. They were also the lowest price compared to others in my neighborhood. I highly recommend Empire for any A/C and/or Heating Repair!

    Other people that came out before didnt connect the cords back properly to our AC they were extremely loose. Keith came out not only was he very professional but took the time to explain thoroughly our exact issue. It was a quick easy fix and now our AC works great.     Brian was amazing!! Another company wanted to charge us 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix our AC.. turns out, we only needed a 350 dollar part and an air filter cleaning. Brian was nice professional and quick. In an hr everything was done and our house was cool once again 😊 definitely recommend!!!!!

    Had a water emergency with my main line. The only ones that would help with answers to my questions were Empire. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and arrived as early as possible. He spent a good part of the day working the issue and did not leave until he had done everything possible to solve our leak. Josh was very polite, easy to talk to and above all else professional. I would highly recommend this company any day of the week!

    They responded quickly to my Yelp message, sent someone here quickly, and fixed my stopped toilet, which was not an easy stoppage to release. They also offered guidance on a few parts I should get for my toilet to improve its performance, and recommended a specific plunger. Their customer service was so good that Ill be recommending them to friends and plan to use them for my future plumbing needs. 5 stars.

    They came out on time and diagnosed the problem with our leach field, which was excessive biomat. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained to me how the whole process works and that we needed septic shock treatment, which is available at home improvement stores and online. They refused to even charge me for a house call. I Will definitely use them again.

    I called for them to come on a Sunday night and Steve came first thing Monday morning. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and didn’t pressure me to do anything more than I needed. We have roots growing through our pipes and he cleared it out with the hydro jet. He warned me about what future problems it might cause me so I can be prepared for a more major fix in the future. Great great service with an affordable price and 1 year guarantee. So glad I found them!

    We had Empire install a new A/C and heating system about 8.5 years ago. We kept up with the yearly service to keep our 10 year warranty active. This year the coil developed a leak. They came out the next day and replaced the coil under warranty. The compressor also sustained damage from the slow leak in the coil, and they changed the compressor under warranty. Brad, Lance, and William were on time and performed good work to get us going again. I have no problem recommending Empire for your HVAC needs.

    Great job-great guys!Ben was our salesguy- he was knowledge and great.Lance, Corie and Zach came out and installed a new Heater and Air Conditioner for us. They were very knowledgeable about the products and hvac in general, and were quick and efficient.     I have been using EMPIRE HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE for more than 12 years. EMPIRE SERVICES have installed all my heating and air conditioning and ducting. I have been very pleased and happy with all their work... They service my air and heating unit twice a year like clock work.... Today, I had a whole house scrubber installed in my unit.. The Technician ZACK (553) was so nice, polite and professional.. ZACH was very clear in explaining everything he did, and answered every question that I asked and made sure he explained it until I fully understood. ZACH was extremely knowledgeable, he did very good quality work and was on time for appointment. ZACH made sure that he took care of all my needs start to finish... To me, all the employees at EMPIRE SERVICES are very polite and extremely helpful and I will continue using them for all my heating, air and plumbing needs.     When I called in Don was very friendly and eager to get me help with my heater. You see it’s been very cold lately and my poor cats were shivering I could tell by the concern in Dons voice that he was a cat lover too .     Jim the owner quickly respond to my online (Yelp) quote request on Tuesday, December 21, with a clear upfront quote, very competitive price to replace broken water heater and offered same day service. His technician Ignacio did a great job replacing an old leaky GE gas water heater that stopped lighting with a new 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. Now we have hot water again in the house after two days without hot water. Thank you, Jim and Ignacio.

    I own an apartment building in LA. Today I needed to have a tankless water heater serviced, so I called Empire. Technician Sung Crogan was on time, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed the job right, and the price was reasonable. I will use EmpIire for more work on my property. A+
