Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! After water damage to the flooring throughout our first floor, we chose Mike and his team for repairs. Him and his team were kind, quick and just did an overall all amazing job. He was great communicating, him and his guys were friendly and respectful, and they got the job done. If we could give them 10 stars we would! 10/10 would recommend Mike and his team!

Mike did an absolutely amazing job installing our kitchen cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Down to the finest details. He even form cut the bottom trim to fit the back splash. We love our cabinets and months later, we are still amazed by the attention to detail. I would recommend Mike in a heartbeat.

Screen porch to porch room oasis!Bottom line: Apex remodeling and team are exceptional to work with! They delivered a large transformation project of our old screened patio to a beautiful enclosed and conditioned addition that still gives us an outdoor feel. They delivered well within budget and exceeded timeline expectations! The project scope ran from full demolition including foundation, to a new foundation and new finished room matched into the existing house and up to current building code. Out of this project, we have found our go-to contractor for home projects large and small!

Mike and his Apex crew did a fantastic job under tight deadlines. Three bathroom remodels, moving walls, plumbing and electric and that involves. Original quote was right on target and change orders were communicated in a timely matter and when we chose upgrades mid project they were reasonable and managed within original timeframe. And he accommodated easily our design as esthetics with his extensive knowledge. His crew were true professionals and while this was extensive, there was minimal disruption to our daily lives - protecting main house from damage and dust. Truly a great experience. Thank you Mike!

Great work, highly recommended!! Apex renovated all of the bathrooms in our home down to the studs and completely redid them for us, one of which included moving a wall and layout change to expand. From beginning to end, Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. We received detailed cost estimates that were accurate and competitive with other contractors we spoke to. The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. Mike did a great job communicating with us on decisions we had to make and the schedule for the work throughout the project. We love the result of our bathrooms and had a great experience working with Apex!

Really glad I picked these guys for kitchen, master bath, and upstairs bath jobs. Very easy to work with, competitive pricing, and top-notch work (they did stuff I never would have noticed but am glad they did). The only significant variances from the quote were things I chose to add. One of the nicest parts is they connected me to a custom cabinet maker and worked directly with them to ensure everything went smoothly (everyone else said go pick whatever cabinets you want - and there was no way that was going to end well). I really felt like they wanted the end result to be great - it was not just a paycheck. The end result? I have 3 other jobs in my house lined up for them.

Mike, Steve and his team were outstanding! We recently hired the Apex team to rebuild our deck and the end result did not disappoint. Mikes construction and design experience brought the project to a level better than our plan. The team was always professional, always on time and worked hard in all types of weather to complete the project on time. The pricing was also very competitive. The attention to customer service and pride in their work shows. We could not be happier and are happy to recommend Apex if you have constructions jobs. What a great experience working with Mike Sands! He will be my “go to” from here out. I wanted to have a cabinet built next to my oven (because we were going from a 40” to a 30” oven and therefore had a gap). He had great ideas which we used. He came and did the work when he said he would and charged us what he had estimated. He was a good communicator and a great help. The work was great! I’m so glad my friend recommended him to me!

Our kitchen flooded and we needed a trustworthy contractor to repair the damage and replace our ruined hardwood floors. Mike and his team at Apex went above and beyond to help us assess and repair the damage, advise us on our options to replace our wood floors, and install a new storm door in our kitchen. Mike was so easy to work with and kept us updated every step of the way. Our kitchen looks good as new and we could not be happier with our new wood floors. We will be using Apex for all our future projects and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and fair contractor.
