    I was very impressed with Zak and work that he did today. I had an old gate valve replaced and some of the pipe going to and from my hot water heater. I knew I had the leaky gate valve but didn’t realize that I also had leaks in the old galvanized pipes as well. Zak took the time to show me where it was leaking from the joints and elbows. He answered all my questions and was extremely courteous.I’m so glad that I contacted Vredevoogd for this job and will continue to do in the future. Thank you Zak! You did an awesome job!

    Will S. and Im-Not-Josh (Kyle) were the technicians who came to our house to do our fall tune up. Both were terrific! Not only did they do an excellent technical job but were so amicable and knowledgeable. They even found some things that needed to be fixed back from the installation. I would have them back in a heartbeat. Even more terrific, they were both in music during school--one in choir and one played the cello. Youll have to guess which is which. Thanks for sending these great gentlemen.

    Zach was very honest and shared exactly what we needed to get fixed for our plumbing needs. He and another worker replaced the iron cast sewage pipe with another PVC pipe along with snaking all our lines and even fixed our bathroom sink and flushed out our tankless water heater. Both workers were very kind, respectful, clean, and thoughtful in helping us. We are very thankful for all they did for us. They did an outstanding job and we are very pleased in all they did for us!!

    We discovered our sump pump was not working at about 10 am while Brandy was here to do annual A/C maintenance. She immediately got on the phone with the dispatcher and arranged for a Vredevoogd plumber to be here today. Zack showed up at about noon and within an hour everything was done and done perfectly! Zack was super professional, very nice and efficient on top of everything else! We are (once again!) happy Vredevoogd customers. Never disappointed!

    We switched from another heating and cooling company to Vredevoogd after a friends recommendation, and we couldnt be happier. Andrew at Vredevoogd was extremely helpful in determining the issues with our ancient (1989) boiler furnace. He attempted all low-cost resolutions first, which provided me comfort knowing he wasnt just trying to upsell me on replacement parts.When the issue persisted following our first appointment, Andrew came back to re-evaluate the problem and try another resolution. A new gas valve was needed which wouldnt arrive for a couple days, which was by all means understandable.Once the part arrived, Andrew was quick to schedule a final appointment to install the new gas valve. He provided in-depth details of all the steps we took to resolve the problemWere now signed up for their Comfort Club membership which is a really great deal. If youre looking to have yearly tune-ups, I highly recommend looking into the Comfort Club.Thanks Andrew!

    Brent is an excellent technician to work with. He clearly and thoroughly explained the issues and possible solutions and the pros/cons of each and guided us to a good plan for dealing with the problems we were having with our 3 head mini-split system. He spent a lot of extra time on making sure the solution worked and his follow through was diligent, working in tandem with the Daikon support team. His company is very lucky to have him as their expert on mini-splits!

    Awesome experience. Vredevoogd recently acquired Mountaineer plumbing, who did some work for me not that long ago. The work didn’t hold up and Vredevoogd listened to my concerns and problem, assured me they were waiving the initial $99 fee to come check it out, and then to my surprise fixed it at NO CHARGE! This type of customer service is very rare these days. They could have easily charged me for the service, but wanted to stand behind the work (they didn’t do) during this transition. They have certainly won a customer for life!

    I had an old furnace with a humidifier which didnt work. I expected they would tell me I needed a new humidifier, but instead, they told me what was wrong, which cost about $100.They were prompt and ready for the repair because they fixed it and got it running the same day.I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them again when the need arises.

    I was so pleased that Brent found some of the problems that we had questions about but thought it was just supposed to be that way when it actually came to the humidifier kicking on all the time and the fact that he found that it had to be rewired he done a fabulous job we also had questions about a couple other things and we found out that your business also does Plumbing so we may have to get an estimate on a couple things for that but Brent was very professional courteous

    Will was a great person and help for me today. He arrived on time.I am currently unable to get around on my own. My dog (a monster 12lb miniature Dachshund) was raising havoc when he knocked on the door. I yelled at Will to go around to the back and he came in and got right to work and finished in a timely manner. As we were wrapping up, I began to sink Into a hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) event. He helped me out by getting me a cup of OJ from the refrigerator which caught my decline in time. He, for all intents and purposes saved my life.     $98 AC tune up service, summer 2024.Brent A was my service tech.He did a great job explaining what he was doing while he worked.It was mostly a system cleaning and a pressure check.You get a nice email with data/measurements for future reference.My A/C system is 20+ years old and working well, he did not push me in any way to replace it (appreciated).I would suggest the tune up service. I did not need to purchase anything extra.

    Brent came out on an emergency call and was extremely quick and professional. We were worried because we were without heat on the first snowy day of the year but we didn’t have to wait long for him to arrive. He was able to immediately diagnose the issue and replaced our furnace pump which had failed. He also was able to answer questions about our specific furnace setup and was very knowledgeable. We have heat again and are very satisfied with the service!

Until he showed me the holes in the exhaust pipe, and the sediment that had half-filled the old pipe, I had no idea how unsafe the old installation was. Thank you for your promptness.     The evening after Thanksgiving we discovered our furnace was on the fritz. We opened it up and with two adult brains concluded that we had better call the after hours number. We got a call back from a technician within 20 minutes and he was at our house within another half an hour. William S was amazing! He was cheerful, kind, diligent, and he fixed our rather complex problem. The cost was quoted before the work was done, and since we have a furnace that V regularly installs, he had all three parts in the truck! He left at ten pm, and the house temp is steadily climbing. I also want to put a plug in to be “Club Members.” We got a significant discount on the visit and parts, and the twice yearly tune-ups make it so I don’t wonder what I failed to do to prevent a furnace emergency. Now if I can remember to actually change that filter every month…
