    Josh from Rapid Flush cleaned out my 1000 gallon septic tank today. It had been 30 years and I learned it should be done every 4 to make sure it is OK and does not ruin the septic field which is a $20,000 replacement cost. I got lucky, but will definitely do it every 4 years from now.I spent time with Josh while he worked and really enjoyed having him on my property. There is no doubt I would welcome him back here again.

    I had an emergency situation with a clogged sewer main leading to three condominiums. John, from Rapid Flush, arrived within an hour of the back up. John took care of the problem quickly and explained the process. I highly recommend John and the Rapid Flush staff. Price was reasonable as well.

    Mario & Josh showed up today to unclog my kitchen drain; the problem was much “deeper” than we thought, but they got my drain unplugged! They were courteous, professional, kind, & easy to work with! While I thought the charge was pricey ($295) again they were able to come today & made certain everything was draining right before they left. We’re here about an hour.

    I give five stars to Joshua for the quality of service, expertise, knowledge, professionalism and the nicest, most polite manners that he brought to the job. But today’s prices that all businesses are charging are just ridiculous. Yes - I understand that it’s the economy and cost of equipment, maintenance, supplies, training and peoples’ salaries. But just 10 years ago I only paid about $225 - which is $150 less than what I am paying today for the same service. Nothing personal- just general frustration about inflation - which by the way cannot be controlled by one person - contrary to the political narrative of the magas.

    Scheduled promptly. The guys that came out were professional and friendly. Explained everything they were doing as they went along and kept me up to date with pricing as we made decisions about what lines they should check. I live in an area with a lot of water in the basement problems. Planning to keep them on the schedule every year or two to keep ahead of the water problem. Prices seemed reasonable for the amount of time, equipment, and knowledge needed for the job.

    This company is awesome! they are very thorough. Weve had a couple companies come out to the store and they tell us we just need new drain pipes, they blow air and leave then bill us $450.Rapid flush came out and spent 8 hours looking into all the pipes around the store and checking everything to find out what the problem was. Problem solved, no unnecessary drilling and pipe work. Fantastic work!

    These guys are awesome! Very helpful. I called 3 companies because our septic system started backing up with 12 people staying at our house. These guys are the only ones to get back me right away and then scheduled me at their next available appointment. Turns out we have tree roots growing into the line. They will be back out later today to remove roots and check for potential cracks in the line allowing to roots to grow in. Full service and fast. I highly recommend them.

    Very responsive even on a weekend. Josh is such a gift. This is not the first time he’s been at our house and not the first time he stayed to make sure we’re OK even when it goes late into the evening. We also appreciate the office staff and they’re really nice to work through potential challenges. We have an older home with lots of ancient trees. They’ve been very good partners and keeping things running.

    We needed to have our Septic tanks pumped and called Rapid Flush. They came out within a few days, located our tank covers and drained and cleaned both tanks. When finished they covered the areas back up and did a great job of replacing the sod and cleaning up. We are very satisfied and will use them again.

    During the home buying process, it was not disclosed to us that we had a septic tank. Fast forward 4 years of living in our home, we heard a bubbling noise the other night and all the toilets in our house drained of water. We called plumbers, who discovered a septic tank. We immediately called Rapid flush, around 9:20 am and not even an hour later, they had Josh come to our home and get started on emptying it. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made sure we understood everything!! As a surprise expense, we feel their prices are completely reasonable! We had such a good experience with Rapid Flush. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

    Joshua was the gentleman that came out to my house due to a backup with the sewer system. He was very educational and polite throughout the close to two hours that it took to diagnose the situation and come up with a plan to fix it. Luckily for me we were able to locate the outdoors clean out tube connected to the sewer line.In the end, the problem was solved and although it was expensive, it needed to get solved quickly and done properly, which Joshua did.

    Ive contacted Rapid Flush a few times when my sewer line clogged from root intrusion. They always responded within 24 hours, and the technicians were professional and courteous. The last time they cleaned out the line they ran a camera and discovered what looked like a hole in the pipe. They analyzed the camera information and determined the location of the issue. I received a very reasonable quote to fix the line and a quick schedule for the repair. A Rapid Flush crew dug out and replaced the old pipe, and were very conscientious about ensuring that the new pipe was installed properly. The crew was friendly, answered my many questions, and cleaned up the impact to my yard as best as they could. I recommend Rapid Flush to anyone who is having sewer issues.

    We had a shower drain that wasnt cooperating, so I tried hot water and Dawn liquid, then tried to plunge it, and finally tried to snake it and had no results. Called Rapid Flush and they got a fellow here in a very timely manner. David was a well manner and polite young man. Used his professional style snake and had us going in very little time. A very nice fellow who made sure things were clean before he left. So satisfied with him that we gave him some fresh cucumbers we had gotten from the farmers market that morning.     I’ve used this septic service twice now for emptying our 1500 gallon engineered septic system. I’ve been so impressed both times with the level of courtesy, cleanliness, information/knowledge of the technician and truck. Working with the office people was also a very pleasant experience for scheduling. I was able to arrange a time due to my schedule, and that was so helpful! I like that the technician calls a few minutes before arrival - it let me put the dog out one more time before he arrived. I will definitely call them again the next time we need service!

    Top notch customer experience! Josh arrived in a timely fashion and explained the procedure in great detail. He brought to my attention that the concrete baffle in the primary tank was beginning to deteriorate but indicated it was not quite ready to crumble, and therefore could wait until our next service to be replaced. Inspection only of an HVAC pipe, nothing else. Same cost as a hour long consult with a neurosurgeon.I was shocked by this price and considering the average cost of the equipment being less than $3000 feel like I was taken advantage of.Be careful when needing theses services. Get multiple quotes if you can.UPDATE: 24 hours after this post I received a phone call from the owner. We had a very good conversation over expectations and customer service. I am very impressed and can see myself doing business with them again. (Hopefully I don’t need to)

They were friendly and educated me on the type of bacteria our tank needs to length the life span of our drain field, discussed the effects our water softener has on the septic, discussed the type of baffles our system has, and the proper maintenance schedule.

    As a responsible landlord for over 30 years, I like to respond to my renter’s need. On a recent Sunday morning I received a text stating a sewer backup problem . I having use Rapid Flush in the past, I placed a call to Rapid Flush and was connected to a direct operator of the company. She stated that , Scott the technician on call would contact me ASAP. Within two minutes he called to get the address and what the problem was. He stated he would be at the address in 45 minutes. I was at the rental home when he arrived on time. Scott assessed the problem and stated working on the clogged sewer line. Within 30 minutes Scott had the problem corrected. I helped he reload the heavy equipment up from the basement. He helped vacuum/cleaned up the the overflow of water. Scott charged me the same service charge as he stated over the phone call.This was the second time I had to call Rapid Flush within the last two months for two different homes. One was for my daughter’s home that had a clogged kitchen sink only hours before her son’s graduation open house. Again, their technician went above the call and rearranged his busy schedule to arrive and correct the problem hours before the initial time as scheduled.I would Recommend Rapid Flush.Craig H

    One serviceman pumped out the septic tank (1000) gallons. He did an excellent job, scraping the sides of the tank ,then discovering that a sewer line was blocked. A second serviceman was sent out with the equipment needed to ream out the line and replace the cover .All is well , and I recommend these people and will use them again .
