    The team was always on time, worked hard and steady, and were very polite and helpful. Their work was great... when I questioned something, they explained it or fixed it. Dan and Austin were the main two working here and I enjoyed talking with them as well as watching them work. I had a three season room built to replace our run down screen room, my kitchen refloored, steps built in garage, two new entrance garage doors installed and siding put on. It all turned out gorgeous. I am including pics of the three season room. The floor runs through my kitchen as well. I would/ will use them again! Extremely easy people to work with.     The new barn doors that were built by Timberlake are beyond what we expected. Their team worked clean and respected our property.The doors look fantastic and are strong.When they completed the barn doors you would not know they had been here.I wish I would have called Timberlake a few years ago!Ron Clark

    Hello, we are the Gooding’s coming to you all from Spring Lake, Michigan. We were “thinking” about an addition to our home.So we did some research and found and contacted Timberlake Homes to talk with about building us a 4 seasons room this past September 2023.Of course we hired them and they were EXTREMELY professional in all ways possible through the quote and after hiring them through the ENTIRE process.We felt very comfortable with the whole crew as they all felt like family from day one. We had to share our personal space for several weeks together and I would not have picked a better crew to do this with.Cost and quality of work was ON point. Which was much appreciated as these two things are VERY hard to find.We were even more blown away with the EVERY morning prayer time dedicating to the crew and our project. What a HUGE blessing that was to be a part of. Timberlake Homes has so many qualities with a GREAT skilled crew.     We had Timberlake help us with some remodeling of our home. We added an office and gym and 4 additional windows. They did a great job and we love our enhancements. Mike was so easy to work with. They had great workmanship and were competitively priced. We will use them again no doubt.

    Great work! We needed a barn-style door to be removed and replaced with a standard door for the master bedroom, which took a bit of extra work and conversion. The crew at Timberlake Homes did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with the finished product!     We had a burst pipe & hired Timberlake Homes for our insurance rebuild. They were the best guys to work with! They were kind, respectful, friendly, & hard working. They cleaned up after themselves daily! When an upcoming surgery was forcing me to need our downstairs rooms to be done, they prioritized our home & got those rooms done ahead of time. I will always hire Timberlake to do our work. You won’t find a better team!

    Mike, Steve and team built our deck at our cottage and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Mike is extremely detailed and kept me updated when the project was going on with questions and photos. It is rare to find someone I can trust to do projects without feeling like I need to be there and manage the details. From the initial drawings to selecting materials to the final build, everything was smooth and well communicated. I highly recommend working with their team, they go above and beyond and are true craftsman!

    Mike and his crew are awesome! I live in Rhode Island but we needed our rental property in Grand Haven - Yiayias Cottage’s upper and lower decks redone but I couldn’t be there. Mike was very professional. I gave him free access to the house and he kept me posted every step of the way from pulling permits with the city to demolishing and hauling away the old deck and all the while supplying me with a constant flow of photos during the job! What a guy. One doesn’t find old-time-value workers like he and his crew. I plan on using Timberlake Homes for other exciting renovations at Yiayia’s in the near future.
