Excellent Customer Service and a very nice person.The water in my kitchen was not running when I turned on the faucet. Out of concern I called Mr. Greg who came out a few hours later. When he came out the water was running and He found nothing wrong. Instead of charging me an emergency call fee, he would not take a dime. It is refreshing to know that there are still good honest people in the world. He will get all of my plumbing work from now on.

Greg at Plumbing Solutions has provided us with incredible service. He has quickly dealt with a number of plumbing emergencies for us. Over the past couple years, Greg has subsequently replaced nearly all of our plumbing/water systems. He has done it in thoughtful and cost effective stages. All the work is top notch! Greg is professional, reliable, and flexible in meeting the needs of his customers! We highly recommend him for all your plumbing issues!

Greg came out on a Sat. to help us with a small leak from our upstairs shower and explained how we could do an easy fix ourself and then he even gave me the caulk!! This was so helpful because we are planning to remodel that bathroom in the near future. He wasn’t going to charge us anything and I had to force him to take some cash. How refreshing to meet someone who genuinely wants to help you out! I highly recommend him!

I called Greg about water seeping into the sump pump with no visible leak. He came over in about an hour and checked it out and determined that it was condensation or ground water coming up, nothing to be done. While he was here he checked out the pit and made some recommendations and also assisted me with a water hammer issue I was experiencing with my new washer. He was friendly and understanding and explained everything to me. I will definitely call him again with any other concerns I have with any of the plumbing in my home.

We have used Plumbing Solutions since 2015. Our first job with Greg was for a new sump pump pit and a battery backup sump pump. Best peace of mined for power outages during storms. Battery back pump saved our basement from flooding. Since then he has replaced the garbage disposal, faucets in kitchen, laundry room and basement. Most recently our sump pump needed to be replaced. He is always available when we need him in an emergency. I would recommend him for your plumbing/sewer problems. He is honest and fair and always accomodating.

I cant say enough good things about Greg with Plumbing Solutions. The night before Christmas Eve Greg took a late call from me explaining I had a water leak. While he offered to come out even at midnight, we settled on the next morning... CHRISTMAS EVE! Greg was at my house first thing in the morning...explained what he was doing and why, and was very pleasant. Greg completed the job quickly and at a very fair cost especially on a holiday. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg and Plumbing Solutions!

After my previous plumber stopped showing up on time several years ago, Ive used Greg on 3-4 different projects. He walks me through what the underlying issue is and will often make suggestions on the best way to approach a problem. One time I called for having a slow pipe. After asking a series of questions he told me what product to buy and went through every step of how to do it myself, saving an extra bill. Hell keep getting my calls due to this customer-first service.

I called Plumbing Solutions at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I discovered a small hole in my refrigerator’s water line, which was causing water to leak down into my basement. I spoke with Greg and he was the only local company willing and able to fit me in that evening to install a new and much stronger water line. He is a really knowledgeable plumber and he takes the time to ensure his work is done right. Had I called a much larger company and deemed it an emergency call, they would have tacked on an additional emergency charge, but he didn’t charge any more than his normal rate, which was more reasonable than other plumbers I have used in the past. I have found my regular plumber for future needs!

Would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions. We needed a large project done. Got a number or estimates. This company was the most reasonable. Returned our phone call promptly. The work was completed in a timely manner. Greg was knowledgeable and informative explaining what he was doing. Should we need a plumber again, we will be calling Plumber Solutions.

Reached out to schedule a visit to help clear a kitchen sink clog. He could have come out and done his thing but instead, gave me instructions on how to clear it myself and saved me a ton of money. Even followed up with me the next morning to see how I made out.I will 100% be reaching out to Greg for any future plumbing issues. His integrity and customer service make this an easy choice!
