Great plumber! Al returned my initial call quickly, he was polite and professional. On my appointment day he was running late but called to let me know. He showed up later in the day and took care of our clogged drain line. Even though it was harder than normal Al charged me exactly what was quoted. Fair price, great service!

Al the Plumber returned my call within 24 hours and had one of his guys dispatch to our house that same day. Our kitchen drain wasnt draining at all and seemed to be clogged where it meets the stack pipe. Thoroughly running the snake completed cleared the issue. The water drains much better and faster than it ever has in the 8 years weve owned the house. Reasonable price too! I would highly recommend Al the Plumber.

I feel very good about Al The Plumbers water heater replacement.Responsive, clear communicator, convenient scheduling, arrived on time, explained his work and WH operation and maintenance, worked quickly and neatly, and reasonable price. Prior to scheduling, he patiently answered my questions raised in researching other plumbers, e.g., Lochinvar vs. BW/Rheem; thermal expansion tanks and other options; potential add-on costs not cited in price quotes. Got a 6-year product warranty 40gal gas; Al gives 2 years labor warranty.I would probably have been satisfied using Horizon (super thorough and neat, happy with them before), Brandywine, or Home Depot, but they were significantly more expensive.Plus, Al is only a couple miles away from my Phoenixville location, and its good to support a neighbor and his assistant Zoltan.

Al was so great in many ways. He got back to me immediately and worked iout hos schedule to help me hook up 3 outside faucets. He was so communicative and was on time. He called to let me know he was on his way. He. Fixed the faucets and explained to me what needed to be done. He was the Most Knowledgeable Plumbe I have ever had. He also was a joy to work with. He was recommended in the Birchrun Neigjbood site. I am so grateful to the people who recommend him. I will definitely have him do more work for me. THANKS AL.
