A pipe burst in our house. Our insurance company was stalling. Schaff saved the day. They advocated for me, helped me stay within budget, never bullied me, helped when I had decision fatigue, communicated with transparency, and treated me with respect. Ryan, Sid, Karie, Jess, and the rest of the team saved my house and my sanity. When Ryan met with me the first time after Id been living in a destroyed kitchen for 4 months (walking on subfloor, cooking with two feet of counter space, and doing dishes in the bathroom), he said, My goal is that when were done, youll be grateful this disaster happened. And...I think I am? Thank you so much.

WOW. After a catastrophic flooding event last winter that destroyed my house top to bottom, I was devastated. I thought the worst part of the process would be dealing with the renovation work. Thanks to Schaff Homes, I worried for nothing. I cant possibly speak more highly of the Schaff team. They turned a home owners worst nightmare into a dream come true. The house looks better than it has ever looked in an amount of time so fast it still has me in disbelief. The team is honest, communicative, kind, and extremely skilled in all that they do. If you have insurance involved, dont worry- theyll figure out how to work with your adjuster and handle every complex piece of negotiation and paperwork. If youre spending your own money, you couldnt be making a better purchase. A company as honorable as Schaff is extremely hard to find in any realm of work. You wont regret working with them, I promise!

They are amazing! Prompt, reliable, great customer service and great work! They did a high end, major remodel for our home at reasonable prices and always showed up on time. Can’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I have had Schaff Homes do several projects in our home. Our kitchen is beyond what we hoped for and our master bath is Spa like!They also installed our LVP floors throughout the whole house. One bathroom to go and we will definitely have it done by Ryan and his team.
