Jim, a Door Specialties technician, arrived the same day I placed my service request to replace a broken torsion spring. As well as being professional, I could tell from the start he was very knowledgeable about his work. He provided very efficient service while simultaneously being very friendly to chat with. I’m grateful for the expertise and excellent service Jim provided. Being $50 cheaper than an estimate I had received from another company was an added bonus. I had a great experience and positively recommend Door Specialties, Inc.

This company employs seasoned, knowledgeable, and professional technicians who know what theyre doing. They accurately diagnosed the problem with my door opener and gave me honest opinions as to my choices (repair or replace). I chose replacement; and these guys had the entire job done within two hours. Super courteous, efficient, and capable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best people for any garage door purchase. Had door torsion tube break on Saturday. Cindy answered emergency line was able to get door closed. Monday morning she had a Tech to my house by 8:15am. Did not have part for Torsion Tube installed new system that was better for same price. Danny the technician is top shelf. Thank you for a great experience.

Thank you Brad for walking me through the cost effectiveness of whether to repair or to replace the door entirely and scheduling the installation all within a couple of days of receiving the quote! Thank you Alex and Xander for an Awesome job of installation and for your expertise in taking care of all of the concerns and issues I had surrounding and involving the old door. I am over the top excited and happy about my new door. It looks neat and clean, sturdy and professional both inside and out. The operation is smooth and so quiet. A BIG Thank you to Door Specialties for employing such a knowledgeable and experienced team. So thankful for Doors Specialties. The technicians were so friendly and they got to my place within a couple hours. They calmed my fears and fixed my garage door with ease. Thank you guys!!!! I will definitely use again...hopefully I don’t run into my garage door again though ;)
