    I have had Cameron to my house twice on large plumbing issues. Once with septic system pump & grinder problems, and the second time with a large water heater replacement.     We had leaking feeder hose under a sink that I could not reach. SP came next day I think but found that there was no replacement hose available for our old faucet, confirmed by its manufacturer. SP came back and finished the installation quickly. Will use again.

    Spicewood Plumbing is THE BEST! My husband and I have used them a number of times in the past, for both residential and commercial properties, and they have always been honest, fair, reliable and professional. Recently, we requested service for a single mom with limited means who needed a number of plumbing repairs before she could moved into her first home.The work included repairing a toilet and shower, re-plumbing the kitchen sink, removing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leak under the house. We called Spicewood Plumbing who generously offered to donate their labor. Another local charitable organization agreed to help with expenses. CJ, an awesome master plumber, was personable and knowledgable. He did all the work in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, not cutting any corners in the least. He also took time to advise my husband regarding installation of a water heater and dishwasher.Needless to say, this precious single mom is beyond pleased and grateful.We wholeheartedly recommend SP for all of your plumbing needs. Theyve proven themselves as a valuable LOCAL member of our hill country community and were confident youd be just as pleased as we were with their service.

    Nick & Tim are plumbing “Rock Stars” in my book! Replaced two water heaters in our attic on a summer day without incident even though they had to “shoe-horn” them cause the new ones were 3” taller! We had a Kohler faucet that had rusted in the kitchen and they made a great suggestion to figure out a work-around while we could get the correct part! Fee was reasonable and both guys absolute pros! Class operation all around!

    I used Spicewood Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater. The plumbers did an excellent job but a couple of important repairs were missed. I called their office and they were very apologetic and scheduled someone to visit the very next day early in the morning. They fixed the issue with a sincere apology and a smile. A very rare occurrence in business these days. When you receive a service, you long forget the price but you never forget your experience and how you were treated. I’ve used Spicewood Plumbing for 27 years and will keep them as my top choice!

    These guys are amazing and dedicated to getting it right, which they’ve done for us on more than a few occasions on various issues. The biggest issue they tackled for us was re-plumbing our house, and when I say they re-plumbed our house, I LITERALLY mean, they RE-PLUMBED our ENTIRE house! We had copper pipes that had corroded and they had to plumb us out of the slab and up through our walls. It was a huge job, but they did an outstanding job and worked SOOO hard!! One day (on a weekend, no less) we had 8 men, plus the owner, all manning fixtures in our home for when they made the “grand switchover” from the slab to the new PEX system — and they killed it! It’s been several months since then and we haven’t had a single leak. We are SO grateful for the Spicewood Plumbing team, especially Laura, who actually runs the show from behind the scenes ☺️! We highly recommend them.

A bit later I received a message that the plumber was on his way.     Tim and Harker were excellent in helping us with our rheem tankless hot water heater. They had to replace a mixing valve in our 2.5 year old unit. The rubber gasket wore out and caused a leak which shut our hot water off so we had to shower in cold water for 2 days. Anyhow, we highly recommend Spicewood Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
