I called two other plumbers prior to calling Pennington. Neither of the two were able to solve my kitchen sink and Master shower drains. They dis-assembled the kitchen trap and checked for blockage. For the shower and the kitchen sink, they poured some liquid down the drains. Still backed up so I called Pennington. Calvin responded and quickly went to his service van and brought in his electric snake to clear the blockages in both drains. He also noticed a leak originating from the kitchen faucet when water was running through it. We bought a new faucet and called Penninigtons Saturday for an installation on Monday. I asked for Calvin and they said he would arrive between 12 and 5. He called around 10:00 AM and asked if he could come earlier. We welcomed the offer and he showed up in a few minutes and installed it within the hour. I highly recommend and will definitely use again! -

Mr. Chris and his staff did a great job the last time I had to use them. I am always pleased with Pennington Plumbing. I have used them multiple times and they always exceed my expectations! We had flooding in our garage during freezing weather, so we did without water for several days, melting snow to drink and using rain water to flush toilets. We called our regular plumber first but a few days later thought we should have a back up, so we called Penningtons and left a message. They called back and set up an appointment for the next morning. We expected it might take a week to get to us, so we were greatly relieved. They arrived right on time (wearing PPE masks). The two gentlemen found the burst joint after cutting a couple of holes in the ceiling sheet rock and repaired it. They also checked out other joints and fastened the pipe to the wall, as it wasnt secured before. They were very friendly. Penningtons is our new regular plumber now. -

Highly recommend Chris Pennington and his company. They gave me a free estimate that worked with our budget and was able to complete plumbing services in our renovated home. -

I called them, wasnt sure that they still work and come out to my neighborhood, they used to, now they are about 40 miles away, so after being charged for travel distance and travel time the total charge turned out to be very, very expensive, way more than I anticipated. They did good work , but I will make sure the next plumber is way more local than they advertise -

Came out a few hours after I called with burst water pipes under my very old house. Although they need to finish up this job tomorrow I want to give them an excellent review now for their responsiveness and hard work, and positive work ethic (a job that another plumbing company refused to do). I will use Penningtons always in the future. -

Chris and his team were professional, timely, responsive, and reasonably priced. They did a terrific job on my bathroom remodel which included going through the concrete slab. When unexpected obstacles came up, they were dealt with seamlessly. I will use them again because I have learned through this remodel a reliable company is few and far between. -

We kept having issues with our kitchen sink not draining properly. Numerous calls to our home warranty plumbers didnt fix the problem. Pennington looked at pipes under the house and quickly diagnosed the problem with old pipes with improper drainage angles. The total cost to replace the pipes was only $600 including supplies. On another occasion, Pennington came to check out a leak under the kitchen sink. Nathan discovered that the leak was coming from the faucet. They were flexible enough that as they went to another area job, I went to select and purchase a new kitchen faucet at Home Depot. They returned and completed the installation of the new faucet. I highly recommend Pennington Plumbing.
