    Our furnace quit working during a recent cold spell and we called WP&H to use their emergency after hour service. Their dispatch was very courteous and professional, and upfront about their after hour prices. We agreed and was contacted within 20 minutes by the on call technician who said he would be there in 20-30 minutes. Tony showed up on time, and was awesome!!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you!

    Wow! Dave called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he was Mr. Efficient (and very courteous). We were replacing two toilets that had quite a bit of mineral build-up. He had the whole job done in just a little over an hour. I liked him and appreciated his work ethic.

    Wanted to post a thank you to this company. I am primarily what would be a considered a DIY for our house remodel but am no novice either. I was heading down a major project for HVAC install but paused as the scope started creeping on my end. Decided to get a quote from Wolffs to take on this piece of the project. I had other quotes previously that suggested this was a doable project. Wolffs was refreshingly honest in their assessment. While the project was doable they were very level in their stated outcomes and what my expectations were versus their realistic outcomes. They just saved me hundreds of hours in labor and thousands of dollars in materials. This kind of honesty is rare to come by in this day and age and was very appreciated.     Very easy to deal with, very nice people and informative. The two service tecs Tim and Eric who tore out our old furnace and air conditioner were awesome and very nice and took that extra step which you dont see to often ! They took extra care in the clean up and not to track up our house. A+ service and with information with the concern with the follow up come spring.     Wolff (Moe) performed a routine maintenance check on our furnace. The maintenance was performed efficiently and effectively and Moe specifically pointed out some features on an attached humidifier. Very pleased with our service from Wolff and will definitely be using them again.

    We had Wolff Plumbing at our home to provide a routine flush of a tankless water heater. Rod and Scott provided this service and were prompt and knowledgeable. While they were there, we asked a couple questions of Rod regarding a natural gas shutoff, and Rod gave us good advice for having that done. Rod also advised us of a poor connection that had been made of a natural gas line that he spotted in our mechanical room. This poor workmanship was done by the original plumber of the home (not from Wolff Plumbing) prior to our occupancy. We are happy that Rod inspected and noticed this connection because it could have caused us problems down the road. Poor connections of natural gas fittings can be dangerous. Thank you, Wolff Plumbing and Rod and Scott!

    When I called about my 18 year old furnace and described the problem that involved a malfunctioning Heat Exchanger. Rick Rupp immediately contacted American Standard and located a OEM replacement part. Service technician, Jesse called when he was coming to do the repairs and was very professional and completed the repairs. He performed a combustions analysis and checked gas pressure, then cleaned up the area. As a former HVAC technician, I am very satisfied and happy with the work. Because of these employees efforts, I highly recommend this business for any Heating & Air Conditioning service.

    Our furnace went out during this very cold weather and we called Wolff’s Plumbing and Heating for any suggestions and/or service. They were very generous and offered two solutions to issues they had been frequently seeing during this cold weather. Thankfully, as they suggested, the iced over flue was our issue. We were able to resolve our issue, and have a functioning furnace within minutes of our call to them. I recommend them for excellent customer service and we plan to use them for any of our future needs!

    We love Wolff’s. The designed and installed our multi-zoned HVAC system in our house. It works amazing. They also support and backup their work. Their staff is easily trusted in your home.     Wolffs Plumbing and Heating made an emergency reapir call. It was a convoluted mess. In spite of getting called to the job late in the day, the tech was good natured and efficient. The most amazing thing is that Moewas able to replace many components without having to make a trip back to the shop for parts. This has not been my typical experience with other plumbing and heating repair jobs. He did make countless trips up our stairs, running to his van, for various parts. He finished in shorter time than we expected. He made good recommendations to us, knowing that we had improvement plans on our agenda. We felt confident that he made safe repairs on our system. We highly recommend Wolffs.

    I was losing water pressure and I been hearing the pipes pop and jump and when Dave showed up, he told me its the pressure tank and it may possible effective the well pump.     I bought a mini split and they installed it. Great work ….. but get a quote first! Over billed on hours significantly. The lead tech was very knowledgeable and did great work. It was a two part job. Day one, was a few hours with the lead tech coming out. Second part and day, the lead had a new guy to the company and working in the field. and that was the issue…. Ended up paying labor for both at the same rate and it took quit a bit longer because of the training. Also, hours did not add up at all … so just be advised.

    Wolffs took a little time to get out to us but it was well worth the wait. We had our house re ducted back in August last year by a different company and it was the worst experience of my life!     Called for an emergency water leak (FYI DO NOT buy refrigerators with water/ice dispensers. Not worth the risk). They showed up in a few minutes despite being shorthanded.
