Tim was fantastic - went way beyond our expectations! He even went to Home Depot with my husband to return the broken toilet they sent! I know we set his schedule way back, but he never complained. Friendly, professional, and very neat to top it all off! Highly recommend

We had the best experience we could ask for with Alex. We had a leaky pipe that was starting to pour water in basement. Our house is 70 years old and the plumbing is a nightmare. It was last minute, we saw the reviews and took a chance. So glad that we did because we were lucky that Alex was in our area right before the holiday. He came within 15 minutes after our call, checked on the pipe and within 30 minutes, he fixed the problem. I can’t say how happy we are with the service. Alex was so nice, prompt, thorough and the pricing was more than fair. He even taught my husband a few tricks on things to look out for. We are happy to say, we now found our plumber. Don’t hesitate and make the call.
