    Our 17 years old home heating system, i.e., hot water circulation with air-handler, had a few problems in the past. We had hard times to find knowledgeable repair persons because (we think) our heating system is unique. Via online search we found S G Racette Plumbing & Heating. They came to check the problem and replaced the leaky valve with a better designed valve on the day after I called for the service. They are very knowledgeable and very nice people. Now on, our heating system will be serviced by S G Racette.

    Racette Plumbing and Heating was recommended to us by our contractor in 2018. Since then weve used nobody else. Weve had a number of projects done (large kitchen remodel, 4 ton heat pump installation, well filter installation, and other smaller projects) and weve always been very pleased. All work has been high-quality, delivered with an attention to detail, performed in a timely manner, and within budget. Service has always been exceptional.

    We were in a messy closing selling our house and had to do some huge last minute fixes quickly. I had gotten a couple of estimates for an oil tank replacement. After doing some research, I thought the estimates were very high so I needed to look for someone else. I ended up contacting S.G. Racette Plumbing & Heating as they had some great reviews. Not only did the owner Stephen contact me immediately, but gave me a very fair price on the replacement and removal of the oil tank and said they could get the job done within our limited timeframe. Communication and response was excellent as I had many questions which I was very appreciative of. His son Andrew came in and got everything done to our complete satisfaction. I have worked with many contractors and working with S.G. Racette Plumbing & Heating was a hugely smart decision. I would not hesitate in the future to call Stephen and his company!

    Best plumber we have ever had. Was just getting ready to send a friend Steve’s info and I saw those negative reviews. He charges a fair price for hard work. His son Andrew is wonderful. They have done HVAC and plumbing (to include natural gas) for us in 2 houses. They have never had to come back because the job wasn’t done correctly. We recommend SG to all friends. I feel safe knowing Steve and his team worked on our plumbing.

    We built our home in 2016 and Steve’s company has responsible for all plumbing and heating. We also work together with our rental properties.The company is quick to respond and the issues get resolved on the first visit!

    I have had Racette Plumbing for over 20 years. They have done my plumbing for a house addition and a condo renovation. In addition they have done basic plumbing jobs like replacing water heaters. They have done quality work and always on time.

    I was in contact with Mr Racette , a week ago, he called to make arrangements to repair a leak on the left side of the sink ( we have a double sink) . It was leaking below because a “friend “ decided to help us unplug the left side of this double sink! Anyway we couldn’t use that side at all. He came to assess the problem on Friday, and his son came to repair the issues today! Wednesday! Fast & effecient! The problem started when my partner put Cherrios into the sink , water following it , and the electric garbage disposal , well ! Completely plugged! Had to get a sewer and drain company, then , because our friend tried to remove the Cherrios, the left hand sink part wasn’t put in right by him, water leaked all over the base cupboard! Ugh thank goodness for S G Racette!! Thank you so much! You ought to have 10 stars ⭐️

    This has been my go to plumbing company for years. If its not an emergency they work me into their schedule though it may not be immediate. When it has been an emergency they have been responsive and really helpful. Very professional in every way!

    I called 4 plumbers within a 25 mile radius for major renovations. The only one who responded was S G Racette plumbing. Everything was done professionally and he left the house like he had never been there. He was on the job when he said he would and even called if he was running behind. I’m very pleased of his company and won’t hesitate to call him again.

    I would highly recommend this company! I was a bit skeptical at first because the gentleman who showed up at our house was very young. My doubts were quickly set aside, as he was punctual, thorough, efficient and quick. He identified exactly what the problem was and had pipes replaced within an hour. He was also very polite and had excellent customer service skills. If your looking for a plumber, look no further.

Andrew was punctual, friendly, and provided a clear explanation of what caused the shower leak and the future signs to watch out for (older house). His willingness to address additional plumbing questions made the experience even better. I will definitely be calling them again for future needs and highly recommend this company.
