    Our dishwasher stopped draining after a kitchen revamp, having been disconnected and then reconnected by a different Southlake-based plumbing service. We suspected that something wasnt done correctly. After discussing our problem with Jared over the phone, he was able to diagnose the issue without needing to make a visit. It appears the previous service didnt install it correctly, forgetting to remove a basic cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher hooks up. Jared, we appreciate your time and assistance. Kline LLC has definitely earned our future plumbing needs!

    Frederick from a plumbing service came to assess an issue with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He was courteous and professional throughout the visit. Before he arrived, he gave me a heads up call, which was greatly appreciated. Frederick took the time to explain all my available options, presenting them on a tablet in a format that was easy to comprehend. I needed to discuss the options with my partner before making a decision, and they were understanding, giving us a two-week period to decide. They also offered to waive the initial service fee of $69 if we chose them to install the new garbage disposal. Frederick made sure to email me the quote so I could revisit it later. I was very impressed with their service and would not hesitate to call them again if any other plumbing issues arise. As a bonus, Frederick was extremely friendly to my dog!

    Kline LLC really exceeded our expectations when dealing with our sink drain issue. Wed recently purchased a house and were dismayed when the kitchen sink stopped draining. We found out that the pipe was corroded due to the prior occupants using harsh chemicals to clear a blockage. Derek, the plumber, clearly explained the necessary repairs in a way we could comprehend. Despite it being late on a Friday, Roger wouldnt quit until my drain was completely unclogged. Recently, I encountered the same issue and decided to call Roger on a Saturday afternoon. My spouse explained our predicament to him. His weekend service would have cost us $412.50, but instead of having us spend that much, he instructed my spouse on how to resolve the issue, assuring us it should work. And it did! I reached out to numerous places, but none were available until the upcoming week to even discuss replacement. However, I decided to give Kline LLC a call and explained my predicament, emphasizing the safety risks associated with continual resetting and the leakage, especially with children around. They assured me theyd have it fixed by Sunday. There was a minor misunderstanding, and the plumber initially assigned to the job, Roger, fell ill. Nevertheless, Kline LLC promptly resolved the issue by sending out a replacement plumber, Jared. He arrived as promised and had the entire unit replaced within an hour, even though it was a Sunday! I highly endorse Kline LLC for their commitment and reliability. They certainly lived up to their word, even going to the extent of sending a different plumber on a weekend. Their dedication to getting the job done and sticking to their word is a rare find these days. Thanks a ton, guys!

It was a pleasure to work with him, and I can confidently give a five-star rating. I am truly delighted to have found them to handle this issue. They offered a fair price and treated me exceptionally well. I also want to mention how much I appreciated that Frederick never made me feel like a nuisance when I asked questions. He was always courteous and kind. This happened in Southlake, and I must say their plumbing services are top-notch.

    Jared from the plumbing service came to our aid previously, always on time and polite. But tonight, hes my savior! I discovered at the late hours of the night that the new ice machine in my fridge was continuously releasing water. There was no visible button to stop it! Although I could empty the ice tray, it would refill in about 5 minutes. There was a considerable water spill in the kitchen and the freezer was in chaos. I reached out to the plumbing service and Jared assisted me in locating the water valve to the ice machine so that I could turn it off! (It was hidden in my Southlake homes garage ceiling). 5 min and the urgent issue was resolved! They have aided us in the past, but those were not as critical as this. I will always turn to this plumber, Im a client for life. Oh, and give Jared a pay hike :) :) :)

    I struck gold with these folks. I had been grappling with a water leak problem for three months and nobody seemed willing to assist. The homeowners association was reluctant to help as they assumed it was an internal issue due to my dry lawn. One plumbing service claimed they would need to excavate numerous yards to locate the leak, while another insisted on employing large machines that would cause extensive damage to my property. Then Roger from this plumbing service came along. He not only located the leak but also repaired it on the same day, all at a fair price. Truly remarkable service. Amazing!

    Update: Following a conversation with the boss after my encounter with one of their workers, Im happy to report that the plumbing firm truly values the quality and security of its customers. Detailed explanations were given about the work required and potential solutions to the issue. Initially, I had a less than satisfactory experience with one of their workers, Derek. He was assigned to replace a water heater. Derek’s first question was whether I had a private plumber or if they were undertaking the job. I explained thats why they were called, but he insisted that if they werent doing all the repairs, they wouldnt commence the work. While I appreciate that things need to be up to code, if a customer is not informed about what needs to be done to meet code, understanding can be difficult. He continually mentioned the cost but never gave a comprehensive explanation of the required repairs, which came across as very unprofessional. Moreover, the way he spoke to me was quite impolite, as if I was supposed to know all the ins and outs of the job. Derek also mentioned that they couldnt conduct a more thorough evaluation until monday, despite me explaining that I have an autistic child at home and needed assistance sooner. He simply said I had to wait until monday. When my husband arrived, Derek’s attitude and tone altered, but by that point my husband asked him to leave since he had witnessed how Derek was speaking. I was then advised to get back in touch with the office. Despite this initial experience, I have seen positive reviews and hope this was just one bad apple. Its important for workers to maintain professionalism in order to conduct proper business. Fortunately, I was later able to speak with Roger from the after-hours team, who ensured a supervisor would call and another plumber, Jared, would provide a thorough explanation of what exactly needed to be done. Thanks to Roger, I felt comfortable giving 2 stars and am hopeful that my experience tomorrow will be more positive than today. Im really frustrated that my family, including children and elderly members, have to endure another day without hot water.

    I felt compelled to leave a unique review here. As a fellow plumber, I wanted to highlight what real professionals look like. I recently had a situation with a new house where the new homeowners moved in and experienced a complete main stoppage on their first night. I reached out to Jared at Kline LLC for assistance. Despite being busy, Jared managed to fit us into their schedule to help get our customer sorted. Roger and I struggled for three hours to remove a test ball that was left behind during construction. Roger utilized several pieces of equipment and two cameras to pinpoint the object and devised a strategic plan to retrieve it. Roger is what I would call a brother and a friend - a man everyone needs to meet. Exceptional work, Roger! I must mention that Jared and Roger have a mantra they use when faced with a challenging stoppage: Were here, theres no one else to call. From my own experience, this means they are confident and the best at what they do. He resolved my issue swiftly, and as it turned out, the problem was much smaller than I had initially assumed.     Frederick from a reputable plumbing service did an outstanding job. He demonstrated his deep knowledge and was extremely helpful in providing solutions for my plumbing issue, which has resulted in an annual saving of $300 for a backflow test to the city of Southlake for a non-functional irrigation system. Fredericks professionalism was top-notch, and I couldnt be more satisfied with his work. I had a follow-up visit from the same plumbing service. I discovered a leak in the water inline connection to the water heater late in the afternoon. I contacted the plumbing service and they sent over Roger the following day. Roger quickly identified that the water heater had reached its end of life. In just a few hours, he had installed a new one and removed the old one. Roger also did an excellent job, and although I hope not to require their services soon, if I ever need a plumber, I know exactly who Ill be calling. They have shown themselves to be reliable and efficient, and their staff, Frederick and Roger, are exceptional.
