I contacted Erik about painting the exterior of our home after finding him on google and reading his excellent reviews and I’m so glad I did! He was extremely professional and so easy to work with from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way. The job was completed in a timely manner and we are so happy with the finished product. I also feel that his work was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Three Reasons for all your painting needs!!!

Erik was referred to me by a couple different people. After reading his great reviews, I reach out to him. I was in need of exterior painting on my home. Erik and his staff did a beautiful job on my home, and Im so glad I went with Three Reasons Painting and Restoration. Their work was top notch, prompt, and very clean. They were careful to not make a mess, and cleaned up very well. I will definitely be using them for any future painting needs! I highly recommend!

We hired Three Reasons Painting and Restoration to paint the interior of our home. They estimated it would take 6 days but they finished in 5. These guys are awesome. They arrived when they said they would, respected my home, covered everything, picked up at the end of the day. They were friendly and enjoyable to be around. We would highly recommend them!

My husband and I bought a new home back in May and unfortunately part of the walls ceiling had to be ripped out. I contacted Erik for the repair and paint, and him and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Pricing was clear and Erik communicated with me on their plans each day. His team was respectful, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We let my son pick out the color for his accent wall and he loves it. Three Reasons Painting & Restoration came to my attention from a Sherwin-Williams Contractor store recommendation. Erik and crew fixed cracked plaster caused by a fallen tree and pre-existing plaster cracks. Then they removed wallpaper and repainted ceiling and walls in several rooms. Job was started when scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Communication was consistent and accurate. Crew was fun to have in the house. Daily clean up went beyond what was expected. Final clean up was excellent. Crew moved furniture to accomplish pointing in hard to reach areas. I will definitely use Three Reasons for any future projects and would recommend them to others requiring similar services.

Erik, from the start, just continued to show up when he said he would. His quote was professional. He was super honest, stuck to his work, and communicated very well, throughout the quoting, the walk-throughs, and the weeks leading up to getting started. He had the local Sherwin Williams rep come out days before the kickoff to help consult, and, was able to make a crucial change to the project at a very timeline junction. His team were wonderful and professional. Showed up every single day and were courteous, fun, professional, cleaned up, continued to communicate with us during the project on a daily basis, and just knocked it out of the park. Erik completed a bathroom remodel at my home. Paint, tile, vanity and installed toilet. He was very fair priced and efficient with the job. Always cleaning up for the day before leaving making the remodel less stressful and easier to live with. Highly recommend.
