    Dewayne and Chuck were amazing! We had multiple, challenging plumbing issues in our kitchen and bathroom and they handled it all without missing a beat.     Mullens came and installed new toilets and replaced a sink in our home. They were fast and efficient. Chris and Chad were helpful also testing the water pressure coming into my house as well. They also cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Would not hesitate to use them again!

    We requested an estimate from Mullen to replace our HVAC system. Cody was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient in explaining the three options. When we selected the system, Boone and Levi came promptly on the agreed upon installation day. Their expertise was apparent from the very beginning. They were organized, informative about the process, respectful, and friendly. Upon completion of the process, Boone explained specifics about the system care and use. Both technicians were immaculate and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend all three employees and the Mullen experience.

    The office personnel were very friendly and informative when setting up appointment for plumbing issue. The service person was very detailed about costs for different options for repair. They called before trip and indicated time frame before arrival. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I had an issue after hours, and I do mean an issue. What seemed like a fairly small problem turned out to be as bad as it can get. The guys that were here were so great, professional, respectful, and they went above and beyond to help with my situation. My husband is plumber by trade but was out of town and he said they went about everything the way they should have... Prior to finding the major issue. After that its all me saying thank you so very much guys. Youre really so appreciated.Dont hesitate to use this company, seriously. They know what theyre doing, they do it well, theyre reasonably priced, and just good people.

    The estimate was detailed and fair. The estimator was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done for a proper install. The work crew arrived on time and was prepared. They were clean and professional. All services were performed to contract specifications and agreed price. Job was completed in a timely manner and no mess was left to clean up.     Always have good luck with Mullen. I’ve used them for many years (plumbing and HVAC) over several properties and never had an issue. Jason and the young apprentice Dylan (great to see them hiring these young guys!) quickly diagnosed my issue and had me up and running lickety split! Alicia in the office is always a delight to deal with also. Highly recommend Mullen!

    I thought the men were professional in doing there job.. My only complaint was the charge of $285 just to change inside of tank parts. It would’ve been nice to deduct the $79 diagnostic upfront charge from the 285 which would’ve made the price more reasonable. Other than that I had no complaints.

    I have been using Mullen for years for all my property repairs. The saying “you get what you pay for” definitely has new meaning when it’s your property that needs fixing! Sure, you might pay more than having that random guy your buddy knows fix your sink or look at your heating system, but I can almost guarantee you will end up calling in for professional help anyway…speaking from experience. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

    Mullen came in FIXED an issue created by another plumbing company for a fraction of the price - like $1000 less because they knew what they were doing! They were quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Would recommend Mullen to anyone!

    Friendly and polite technicians and the office staff is just as polite and friendly on the phone. Everyone has taken of what needed to be done for scheduling the appointment and doing the A/C serving. All suggestions on any other work was made in advance of it being approved to be done.

    I appreciate this company. My only negative is that I pay for service contract that entitles me to twice a year inspections of my hvac units, but I still have to pay for the filter to my newest system. 70 bucks. I should think that it would be included in the contract

    Clay and Chad understood the problem and had it fixed in an hour. I then threw them a monkey wrench with an unscheduled problem. They were able to diagnose and fix the additional issue in a subsequent hour. All together, 2.5 hours to make a trip to the hardware store and fix two issues. A problem fixed right by a good crew.

My pool heater is up and running with bypass Added, and new gas lines, and dedicated power. My 199,000 BTU Ray Pak is now covered under warranty because of the professional installation of Mullen plumbing.

    Terrific job by Davey. Called first thing Monday after a super hot Sunday without AC. The overnight service took the information, I asked for at their convenience since I knew they might have gotten an influx due to the heat. Received a call back in under 30 min. And before 8am Davey called to say he was coming. After testing and clearing the coils, he left to get the part and was back and installed the part by 11a before the hot part of the day.

I stopped by their office, described the problem and got a ballpark estimate of $200 to $375 and was told they charged by the job not by the hour as long as there were no unexpected problems...sounded fair to me. Their tech guys arrived promptly as scheduled the next day and it was pretty straightforward repair but the bill was $556 + tax for a total of $590...yikes! Almost twice as much as the ballpark estimate

    My split system heating and cooling system did not seem to me to be cooling my enclosed sun room as quickly or as adequately as I thought it should. The unit is only a little over year or so old. During my regular semi annual maintenance contract visit, I called that to the technician’s attention.. His thermometer test showed it was not cooling to the low temperature out of the unit that it should have. A special repair technician for the split system was called in and located a leak of freon. Mullins fixed the expensive, four hour repair issue at no cost to me. I am pleased with Mullins and glad I have the annual maintenance contract on my three units.

    Been using Mullen Plumbing, Heating &Cooling since the big flood in 2016 when they replaced the entire HVAC system! They came on New Years Day once and did an emergency service call when it was 5 degrees! They have always been prompt and professional. I use them for 3 locations for semi-annual maintenance.     We called Mullins Plumbing on Wednesday morning February 28 to see if they could send a service man to our house to check our sump pump because it was not working during the heavy rainfall we were getting and the sump was filling up fast. They gave us a time span on when they could work us in. Fortunately they came up fairly soon after calling. Checked the pump and it was just worn out as we had it put in 25 years ago. I indicated that I wanted to replace it. So they went off to get a pump and were back with the new pump in a short period. Had it installed and running in no time. So I appreciate the quick response and install by Mullins plumbing and the service men were very good.

    I was shopping for a new hot water heater so I called Mullens for an estimate they made me an appointment for the next day and I had it in my hands before they left my house.     Needed a new dishwasher installed, because the older one we got with the house had been hooked up wrong. Doug and Gale were great. Corrected the problems with the old setup and installed my new one like its suppose to be. I have never had any trouble with Mullen. They have even replaced a gas line to my house several years back. They always do good work!

    Tim was the lead plumber that showed up and he was so nice. This was the first time Ive ever used Mullen. I have previously used Robinson & Son as well as EJ Thompson and while I liked both of them as well, I was particularly impressed with the courtesy and work done by Tim and his partner. I will definitely think of Mullen first if I have plumbing issues in the future. The cost was quite reasonable, they were conscientious of keeping additional costs down for me, and very importantly they were on time and worked quickly.

    I had a possible plumbing leak and asked Mullen Plumbing to come out and check my system. I did have a time availability issue, which Mullins accommodated. Two gentlemen met me at the appointed time and checked out my plumbing. When they came in my house they both put on paper booties to keep my rugs clean. They checked my system and found a small leak. Overall, I was pleased with the service and the plumbers.

    Plumber called before he could and knew our location. Excellent service after looking at faucet he had to go get correct part at Greshams. Was gone a really long time and I got a call he had fallen ill and needed emergency care but another plumber was picking up the part to come do the job. Great customer service and communication. Once new guy appears it only took 5 minutes to fix the faucet.

I had a leak late at night and out of all the people I called who offered 24 hour service they were the only ones who answered and came out to help me with my leak. I cant tell you how much I appreciated their response. Everyone who I interacted with was kind, the gentleman that came the night of the leak and stopped it, the women who answered the phones the next day, the gentlemen who came the next day to finish up.     Called Mullen at 3:30 PM on a Friday and they showed up at about 6:30 PM that day. I had a complete backup affecting the whole house. They were able to easily diagnose my problem, gave me my options and up-front cost. They were done and gone by about 8 PM. Everyone from I I tracked with from the first phone call, to the onsite plumbers were very friendly and courteous. They even called me a few days later to make sure everything was OK which it was. That is great customer service. I cant explain how important that is to me. 5 stars all the way.
