Ive had a broken toilet for far too long (far too busy to even remember to call). I had a day off today and called about. Long waits and no chance today from a string of plumbing companies. Then Rick. What a joy to find an extremely competent, independent plumber. He came over in a couple hours. It took him 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and no time at all to fix it. Very kind man. I will definitely call him again. So grateful to find a plumber like him.

Rick replaced a water heater for me when it died unexpectedly. He was great: quality work, good communication, fair rates and prices, and was pleasant to have around for the day.
