    I was extremely pleased with the prompt and expert service Willis Drilling and Pump provided when my well pump went out recently. Chris laid out my options and gave me an estimate of costs, depending on what turned out to be wrong with the system. Technician Ryan and his helper Anthony did the actual work, determining that I needed a new pump, pressure switch, electrical wire to the pump, and pressure tank - an almost complete overhaul of the system. They then quickly but carefully installed and checked the new components, except for the pressure tank, which needed to be special ordered since I am allergic to the butyl rubber bladder in the tanks they had in stock. Ryan really knows what he is doing and is excellent at his job. They both worked hard to get the system back up and running in one day, putting air in the old pressure tank as a temporary measure to make sure I had water while waiting for the special-order tank. Chris ordered the tank and, when that came in, Ryan and Anthony came right out to install it and fine tune the system to the pressure I requested. Throughout the process, everyone was competent, upbeat, friendly, willing to accommodate my special needs and to answer questions. I highly recommend Willis Drilling.

    So far I’ve had a holding tank and booster pump installed. Ryan Mason has been the tech coming out and doing the work and has been a great contact person. I’ve text him and he’s responded back within the hour as well as stopping by after work to help get water going once we had it delivered. He even stopped to send photos of the work he’s completed. Looking forward to having our well drilled soon. Thanks for all the help Ryan.

    Scott Williss Willis Drilling did a really great job for us. The first time I called the company I was able to speak with Scott at length and he guided me step by step through the entire process and choices. They permitted and drilled the well and installed the complete turn-key system, from pump to pressure tank. The drilling crew was really nice, very knowledgeable, and completely focused on getting to good, clean and abundant water. Willis prices were competitive, and the lead-time was very reasonable. Even better, they started drilling on schedule, and completed the well & pumping system in one week. I highly recommend Scott and his crew. These guys are experienced professionals and they know inside and out the local aquifer.

    Our well stopped working. I called Willis at 8am the next morning and they had a service team headed my way by 9am. They worked their butts off. The work area was very humid and hot. They just kept on working. Good dudes. Now the same day that I called them our system is back up. Call these guys.

    Pump quit working, thought it was the solar unit. Called yesterday spoke with Chris and Ryan Mason came out same day and put in a new pump. Aprently the first pump was put in to low, mud plugged it up and guit. Old pump is still down at bottom, no big deal. Work done less than a year ago. Willis is a top notch contractor, thats why we picked them. Had problem and on it fast. Great company!

    I didnt catch the names of the crew members who drilled my well, but I wish I did - they were great! I really enjoyed watching them work the drilling rig, and I give them credit for putting up with all my questions! They were friendly, efficient, and really knew their stuff. The same kudos go to Tyler and Brandon who installed all the pump equipment. They were both a wealth of information, and did a great job getting me set up! I highly recommend this company!!

    These guys have always been so good to us. Twice we weren’t sure what was wrong with our well pump, and they came out the same day to check it. Both times it was a very easy fix, and they didn’t even charge us! One of the visits was at 8 o’clock at night. You cannot find customer service like that these days. I would recommend them to anyone!

    I called Willis late in the afternoon because the home warranty company I use sent out a plumbing company that was absolutely terrible.Long story short, Willis came to the rescue! They sent out a tech, Terran, later in the evening.Not only was Terran super nice, he was professional and took care of our pump house leak right away! He definitely knew what he was doing.I highly recommend Willis Drilling & Pump!

    These three great guys came out on a bad weather day and diagnosed our well that serves 4 houses, they were kind, upbeat, professional, and skilled. The lead tech. WasTerran Creamer, he took charge, explained what they were going to do as they diagnosed our well system and even went above and beyond in fixing some other items that would be a problem in the future. Their repairs were clean and professional. This is the second time I have used this company and I have been impressed at how fast they respond and complete the work.     I was in dire need of having the water turned back on after a snow storm hit. I called APS they said it was nothing on their end so I ended up calling Willis Drilling &Pump Co. One of their technicians Ryan and his crew came out and fixed my problem in less than an hour. I was so grateful and it didnt cost me that much. I recommend anyone who runs into an issue with their well call Willis. Professional and Compassionate!

    We had a 4th of July weekend well emergency. Tyler Cundiff came out on a Sunday with an assistant and got right to work methodically assessing the problem. It was determined that a new pump was needed and he implimented a smart solid temp fix so that we had water until Tyler and his crew came back the next day and got the new pump and related plumbing and electrical professionally installed and tested. It was a pleasure to see how smooth, effective and professionally Tyler ran the crew and ensured the work was done properly. I found Tyler to be friendly, personable, informative and a professional. He ensured that we were kept informed of the issues, the progress and available options, openly and honestly. After the job was done Tyler remained behind to clean up and make sure that we were satisfied with the job and that we were educated on the new system and controls. A fine young man who is a credit to Willis Drilling and why we will continue using Willis for future needs.

    WOW, terrific service and expertise!We arrived at our cabin Thursday afternoon to find no water, and no apparent reason for it. My husband called Willis, and they came by within 2 hours on their way home (call was made at 4:56PM, mind you). They located the problem, replaced the well pump that night (which gave us some water use again), and returned the next day to replace the pressure tank which also needed replacement.Our well is working terrifically, and we are tremendously impressed with Willis responsiveness, professionalism and execution. Thank you for saving my newly planted garden and my hubbys hard-won green lawn in the arid White Mountains!

    Willis Drilling has installed two of my wells and maintained those plus an additional one that was installed before I purchased my property. They always respond quickly and make sure the job is done properly. And when there are options, they always provide all the info you need to make an informed decision. This is the only company I use to drill and maintain my wells.

    We called Willis Drilling and Pump Co. at 10AM today 3/11/2021 and Scott Willis was at the house within an hour. They had someone return late in the afternoon, pull our well pump, and it was operational before 8:00PM. Customer service is above and professional. They reacted so fast to make sure we had water.     I had a well drilled following a quote and a time estimare of at least two months out for our well. They were just over two monthsbefore srarting our project and due to a number of problems with cave ins it took longer than expected to finish. All the personnel were very professional and worked hard. They even put up with me watching the whole process. The project was completed as per the quote plus a few materials that were not expected when the quote was given. I highly recommend Willis for your well project. Our well is producing crystal clear, cold water .

    I just had Willis Drill & Pump put in a new submersible pump & motor. This is the most honest company I have ever dealt with. They did exactly what they said they would do and did a great job.
